THEY WILL ROB YOU If you buy any of they products .to repair a pc they ask 99$ just for a diagnosis only . they had me buy a dell laptop for over 500 $ when the model actually cost no more than 270$. Be carefull they have super high taxes and charge along the entire way to repair going from diagnosis, parts replacements , parts installations , and a final high taxes to top it off .
Purchased computer thru Sears Online Marketplace. Found out that my employer was going to give me a laptop, so when this one arrived I asked to return it with the reason why. Return was refused, even when their return policy states they will accept returns with a 15% restocking fee, which was fine. Company does not follow their own return policy. Be careful, review BBB reports, best to just go to another Vendor, as I wish I had.
They fix what's wrong, is it cheap -no- but it's never cheap to fix your computer, so you pay a few dollars more, but the computer gets fixed, and that's why you brought it here in the first place.
good professionals and good customer service. i would totally recommend. before i was charged sales rep actually recommended what to do and how to process the service so it was very much helpful and i saved some money :) so thank you guys.
OMG We brought 2 computers into this store. They overcharged us over double the amount for what the parts actually cost. We called Alienware after questioning what they charged us. They said a diagnostic would take 1 week!!! I went to the dell website and just did a diagnostic myself. Today we are going to try to get these 2 laptops back along with our money. Im guessing its a lost cause but im not going to go down with a fight. This store robs you blind!!! IM SO UPSET!!! Never use this store unless you want to throw money away!
Have been a customer of Technical Difficulties for several years. I've been amazed by the care Avi and his staff have shown to all of my needs. Technical Difficulties manages my office network as well as my home system and numerous laptops and networking tech. The response time has been swift, often resolving problems almost before finishing our description of the problems. Cannot recommend with any higher level!! Great work folks.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!! I bought an iPad from these crooks when they "use to" sell on Amazon (they recieved so many complaints Amazon kicked them off their website) they claim their items were new but it was not and when I told them about it they offered me a fake five year warranty from Apple which Apple did not agree to also seller was extremely rude an argumentative.
ElectroBrands sold me a Nikon Coolpix S9100 camera through Amazon Marketplace. The said it had been a display camera but was "like new," had never been used, and said they would include a free 5-year repair warrantee with it. Sucker that I am, because their price was so reasonable, and they included a warrantee I accepted. I did not use the camera for about a month until I took I on vacation and it became evident that it was not focusing properly. I also noticed that the serial number tag had been removed from the camera so I would not be able to claim a legitimate warrantee from Nikon, which I would have been able to use if it had a serial number. I called ElectroBrands gave them the information and the number of the warrantee, and they said I would be contacted about how to proceed. Long story short, I have contacted them numerous times by phone and email, and they never get back to me. As it turned out the "Safco" repair service is actually ElectoBrands itself and not the legitimate "Safeco" insurance company they are trying to pass themselves off as. I can only conclude that ElectroBrands are running a scam, selling defective products with a phony warrantee they have no intention of honoring. If they have not done so already, I strongly urge Amazon to drop them from their marketplace, and that all others avoid doing business with them.
Unfortunately, while they claim to offer excellent customer service, when it comes down to it, they renege. Don't do business with these folks.
