Extremely unprofessional company. I called on Tuesday about a leaking dishwasher. The woman on the phone was rude and annoyed and after placing me on hold told me the next available appointment was on Friday. They charge $50 for the consultation regardless if you get service but waive that fee if you pay for their labor. For me, she said the charge was $55 because I live in a building. I agreed.On Friday morning, at 9:50 AM the same woman called and said that the repair men will be at my home between 10 AM and 12 PM. I explained that this is short notice and my husband will be home after 11 AM as he is driving me to work. She said we can reschedule for next week. I insisted that after waiting for 4 days I wanted my appliance to be fixed today and I am only asking to have the repair men come an hour later as 10 minutes notice is too short for me to change all my morning plans. Long story story short, the repair man called at 10 30 and said he will not be able to return after 11. I refused to reschedule.As a paying customer, I think I deserve more than ten minutes notice for my appointments and at least some consideration for my time. The attitude of this company is that they are doing me a favor servicing my dishwasher and I should accommodate them entirely. Avoid at all costs!
