We used Veteran Movers NYC for an interstate move. They were absolutely fantastic. From the first call through the good-byes they were awesome. Constant and effective communications that they kept with me gave me the comfort that at least this part of the move was going to go well. They went out of their way to make the move happen on time. All my valuables were delivered to my new house without a single scratch on any of the items. The bill was appropriate and I was not overcharged. I cannot say enough good things about the team.
I couldn’t believe I had to move in these troubled times with no job. I was very sad already about the move. So I just hired a moving company to take care of the move. Veteran Movers NYC delivered on what they promised. All my belongings were packed, loaded and transported immaculately. They have some very capable and experienced movers in the company. When I called to book movers, Melissa was very helpful and they were available right away when we needed them. I requested a time in the afternoon and they were accommodating. They did ask if they could come early, and we decided to closely communicate the day of the move. Melissa was very helpful when answering all my questions about the quote and the process they use. She was upfront about all costs and policies. She was courteous and called the day before to confirm the move.When it came to the day of the move, they called to ask if they could arrive a little early. It worked out that they could and they showed up right away! The truck was huge and Mike and his crew were fast, efficient, and professional. He went over all the details with me while the other movers started wrapping and loading. Everything arrived to our destination intact with no scratches. They laid a carpet protector down which I thought was a nice touch. These guys are a little more expensive than the competition, but when you get the quality and professionalism they provide, it's worth the money. I was very nervous as I looked for a moving company. I had no idea who to hire! I had never lined up services of this kind before, and literally began my search by typing ""Long Distance Moving Companies"" in the Google search bar. After speaking with several companies by phone, I decided to hire Impress Moving and I was honestly very pleased with their services! We were moving everything from a 3 bedroom house and a 10 by 20 storage unit to a 5 bedrooms house. I had 4 movers come to my house on Monday morning to pack/move. The movers finished packing EVERYTHING in a few hours and I felt that the price was very reasonable for that service as well. On Tuesday, two trucks were scheduled to complete my move. One truck with 3 movers came to load up the apartment. The other truck with 3 movers went to load up the storage unit. Even though it was pouring down rain, the movers safely loaded everything from both locations onto the trucks! All the workers that helped me were very polite and helpful. My parents were there to help me, and they agreed that the movers were very friendly and helpful. They carried everything in and arranged it how I asked for them to.I could not have asked for a better experience and I would definitely recommend Impress Moving!
First of all the guy that came to pick up my package was rude nasty old guy I asked him done questions which he decided not to answer me. This was on 10/20/2017. He never put my mother’s phone number on the barrel so when it reached to Trinidad it just sat there no one called her to let her know that the barrel had arrive. I had to call this company and that’s when I found out the barrel had land I told her. So she went and picked up her barrel. When she went through the barrel they went into the barrel and stole clothes, shoes, food, toiletries, and more. I will never USEEE this company AGAIN!!!!... The customer service are poor and also the drivers are not professional at all. The lady at the office gave me one price and that old nasty attitude man gave me another price so when I called the office back she told me it was her mistake.. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I hired IM movers company to ensure an accurate journey. It was not a very big move and had to take a few chattels across Manhattan. I began speaking with Dave in their management section who was friendly and yet professional. He replied to each query of mine with professionalism and assured it would be over in 8 hours flat. It was just over 10 min of waiting in traffic apart from the promised delivery time. Dave called in the next day too to make sure everything went well.
My husband and I just came in from Park Slope to Manhattan with Impress movers and I have to say they did a job well done. The whole issue was like cakewalk, hassle free and no hidden fee.
