Horrible service and nasty sale girl. Manager was absolutely helpless, no apology, no respect to customers.

Customer service is beyond disgusting, whoever is by cashier yells and barks at each customer who walk in. He has absolutely no customer manners, behaves as an angry animal, scares and chases customers away, makes believe that he does a great favor to people to walk in to his store and spend their money on his cheap quality Chinese garbage. He store is a shame on a block

I went to get a single process and they did a horrible job !! My hair was brown with reddish tint and my roots were coming out natural hair is light Goldish ash brown .. I asked them if they can get me light ash brown to blend with my roots they said they can do it.. anyway they claimed they used level 6 of ash brown and the result was : my hair CAME OUT too DARK almost a BLACK color !! They promised I would go lighter and I ended up with color way darker than when I walked into the salon !! I will never forgive this shity treatment !! And they even charged me extra claiming that they used color correction ! Screw that !

My family and I always would order here. The food is authentic, just like home cooking. If you are ever visiting around this area, definitely stop by here! Heads up to people who don't speak Azeri Turkish or Russian, because most don't speak English, but are always willing to help and serve with a friendly personality.

The worst $150 I have spent. Their Groupon keratin treatment is a scam and I would rather burn my money the next time than go to them. It all starts with a $99 Groupon purchase. Then you pay $25 for every two inches. So even if your hair is 2.5 inches beyond should length, you pay $50 more. But you don't mind because you expect a good result considering you are paying more. Then you are promised "beautiful, silky" hair. If your stylist is Lauren, she will refer to everything about you as "beautiful". So much that the term has lost its meaning to me. The promised "beautiful" hair probably don't mean anything because there is no result guaranteed unless you purchase the conditioner and the shampoo from their salon. I recommend that if you make the god forsaken mistake of getting a keratin treatment from them, then you do purchase the conditioner and shampoo from them, so that when you get zero results after your wash, you can go back to them. I made the mistake and they told me that I was lying about washing my hair with their recommended shampoo. Obviously I am crazy that I would spend all that money on my hair and then not purchase a $40 set to maintain it. They then accused me of buying a cheap, Chinese rip-off shampoo-conditioner set instead of the original one. Every time I tired to tell them that I had been getting the treatments for a while now and I knew the whole regime, they interrupted me and said that they couldn't take me for my word. The whole experience made me feel stupid but I feel sorry for them, that they are capable of providing such a substandard service!

Maggie has done an exceptional job with my haircut and balayage!! I received so many compliments and got exactly what I wanted. The salon is very clean and friendly staff. Maggie goes out of her way to accommodate her clients needs and loves what she does and that shows with her work. I was getting late so Maggie and Mathew both blow dried my hair and that says a lot about how much they care for their clients. You can trust her blindly and she will do her magic on you!!!

The worst experience I've ever had and I've been straightening my hair for 15 yrs. It was so horrible, I had stop her, couldn't bare to suffer through the experience any longer. Walked out with it unfinished, looking worse than I did when I came in. My hair is natural but trained and she attempted to pull all my hair and edges out with the fine tooth comb and couldn't manage to get my roots straight with the blow dryer or flatiron. To add insult to injury the manager is useless with a bag of excuses. Livid doesn't describe how I feel right now. Should've listen to my gut, when I saw the outside of the place thought to myself this place is rundown probably won't be any good. But the previous reviews said otherwise, so I gave it a chance. Hope the next natural girl, who wants to preserve their edges sees this and doesn't have to suffer through the same fate as me.

I have a lot of steps that I can't find the regeneration and iam sad because I can't find the work,Think you are share it.

These guys are fantastic. I do not have the healthiest hair, but this Aveda Salon ensured that my hair improves while I color it. I am amazed! They are truly the bets in terms of quality and assurance.
