BEWARE - this garage has rusty water leaking from the roof. I have a $2500 body shop estimate from damages and their insurance denied the claim because it is a self-park garage.

I parked my car there for four full days $135.00. I picked up the car and paid for it and drove home to NJ. After getting home I notice the front license plate was gone and obvious hit off because there were scratches. I called and they confirmed they had the license plate in their possession. I had to drive back to Brooklyn to pick it up because they claimed they could not mail it. They took no responsibility what so ever. They claimed they had the license plate in their office for three days !?!? Did anyone think to look around at the cars and see if one matched. After all there are two on each car. The fact that the plate was there and I had damage simply means it was hit off while not in our possession and the brainless people that work there could not match the plate with the car and take responsibility for it. I am disgusted with the way they conduct their business and one should be aware of this when dealing with them.
Great place for Downstate students to park. The lot is across the street from the building, clean, and safe! Knowing you have a reserved spot is comforting since parking on the street is difficult. It is also the only lot near Downstate that allows for overnight parking at the cheapest rate
hey everyoneI have been parking at esp parking for 4 months in both the monthly and daily lots! I have the comfort of knowing my car is in a great safe place and it is a really great price! I can wake up late and still make it on time to my class because parking is simple and easy - i just pull up into a spot that is waiting for me! try it, I am sure you will like it as much as I do.
For the love of god please avoid Imperial Parking at all cost. They are the shadiest rudest most incompetent garage operator in the city. They are masters of bungling the most simplest of tasks such as setting up customers' automated bill payment scheduling and their garage attendants are notorious for causing damage to owners' cars. Their managers are utterly incompetent, rude, and never respond to your calls or e-mails in a timely fashion and are incapable of holding themselves accountable for their mistakes. My brand new car was damaged no less than 5 days after I garaged it for the very first time and the excuses and stonewalling they immediately put up has so infuriated me that I am preparing to go to war and take them to court. They are the most expensive garage yet provide the least service. I have cancelled my account and moved my business to another garage that is cheaper yet allow you to pay by CC and are a thousand times more competent and friendly. Please spare yourself from going through what I went through with these scumbags.
