Ilkb park slope is amazing! The classes are fun and high energy and the instructors are amazing. Being a member has changed my life physically, mentally, and emotionally! I have seen results fast and will continue to kickbox here!
A great workout! I lost 10 pounds in my first 11 classes!! I've been wanting to try kickboxing for a long time and I couldn't be happier with the results. The gym is modern and clean. The staff and other members are super supportive, I feel like I have a new family there. I LOVE KICKBOXING PARK SLOPE!!!!

I love this studio! The staff is fantastic and welcoming! They even give you your own personal coach on the first day of class to help you with the different combinations and moves! My first time coach was Sarah! She laughed with me and made it a fun workout even when though my endurance sucked haha. She encouraged me the whole time. I never felt judged! But, it is a full body work out that will leave you sore and feeling great every time! Rubie is a jewel and one of the hardest instructors I’ve ever had but a sweetheart too! All the coaches are amazing! Nikki, J Cruz, Martín, Rachel, Coach G and Dina. It’s honestly hard to have a favorite coach because all of them will have you laughing and in pain every class!
The trainers here are so freakin friendly, openhearted, supportive and challenging. The classes are CRAZY HARD and SUPER FUN. And I am NOT an athlete. It's honestly so painful but also so great to be there--I've never liked a workout studio so much. Ever.
I'm a convert to I Love Kickboxing. I started here about 4 months ago through their web special trial. Everything about it has been fun. The class is difficult, but WORTH IT. Each class is different so you're never bored. The format is the same, but the exercise is varied. Instructors are all wonderful and the other people are fun too. I love that it's a group class (with no mirrors, a plus) but everyone is working at their own pace and challenging themselves to their own level. All kinds of different motivation for me to keep at it. Highly recommend.
ILoveKickboxing is the place to be. Great vibes, great music, and most importantly, GREAT WORKOUTS. Every single time I walk into the studio for a session I am always engulfed in motivating salutations and spirit-lifting smiles. I wish I could take them home with me sometimes. But my favorite part of ILoveKickboxing is that no matter what... I trust them. Trust them with my goals and aspirations; trust them with my fitness and nutrition; trust them with my self-esteem and confidence, which they've helped me to build over time. It just gets better and better with them! I hope to reach my goals with them at my side cheering me on as they do in every session. Make sure you make this decision fast, my only regret is that I didn't make this decision sooner.
I'm an avid runner and have been looking for ways to work on my strength while also still having time and energy to train for marathons and half marathons. While doing yoga at local studios kept me injury-free, it didn't help me gain the strength and muscle I need to get faster and run longer. I joined ILKB in Park Slope and have absolutely loved the classes, instructors, and results. Each class is fun and different, the instructors pay attention to your form and give you actual feedback to make you better and stronger, and the results are great! I'm developing upper body strength, core strength, stability, and even a bit more flexibility. Highly recommend giving it a try!
I am really impressed with iLoveKickboxing, and surprised at how much I love it. The classes are interesting and varied, so it's not the same moves/exercises every single time. It targets your whole body and incorporates some really great stretching so you don't feel like you skipped out on something and need to make it up later. The teachers and staff are incredible and motivating and become your friends fast - they create real accountability, calling you out on their FB group and calling you up if you haven't been around in a while. Plus, they are very community oriented and every month team up with a different organization (plus you get a free water bottle!). They keep things moving quickly but let you modify or keep your own pace based on your level and strength/injury issues. I'm so happy I joined and plan on going as much as physically possible!
I hate the gym, it’s intimidating for me. At iLoveKickboxing Park Slope I know no one is staring at me or judging me because we’re all struggling and in pain T O G E T H E R. I love that there are different instructors so every time you go, ITS A DIFFERENT WORKOUT! (I am NEVER ready to get my ass kicked)
