Beware buying from this store! Bought multivitamins for my toddler son and when opened the bottle noticed horrible smell. The stuff refused to solve the problem saying that is normal smell for vitamins. But is not first time I buy such products and know what kind of smell it has to have.

My mother is the last survivor in her family so the Jewish holidays are difficult for her.The estimated ship date would be Sept 21 - Sept 25. (Puzzling to me why shipping a case takes so long to send out... but whatever.) She was so excited! Some elderly people look forward to gifts and surprises. The Kishka bring back fond memories from my mothers youth.Finally Sept 21st arrives. I get an email from Katz Gluten Free Palace that "they want to meet my expectation for this order." So... I am feeling good it will be shipped.Then the nightmare starts. A barrage of back and forth messages. First, "What is their physical address?" (included in my order from Amazon). Then "What is their house number?" (included in my order from Amazon). Finally, " Will USP ship there?" by now it is already Sept 24th. Still not shipped! So I email them back for the tracking number as I did with prior email sent.Guess what....I get a return message."Thank you for contacting customer service!Our offices will be closed in observance of the holiday from September 26 until October 6.Someone will get back to you once our regular business hours resume on October 7.Sorry for the inconveniences."OMG!My mother is crushed because she was anticipating a nice surprise. I look like a total Smuck because I told her it would arrive between September 21st - 25th. So Amazon sends me an email also questioning why I have not received a tracking number.Bad customer service all around. I am embarrassed by the lack of concern and communication. Very unprofessional. I will keep you updated if she ever gets the Kishka I ordered. I recommend you not order from this company.
Each time I enter this place, their rude and rushing you, they tried to charge a high price on 2 items that I get at my local place for way less, and had the nerve to Tell me we all do things differently yeah you sure do, your aattitudes suck more then other's. They told me go to the place you go to then. I will do exactly that they will never get my business.
terrible service! Today went to buy a product. they are instead of $ 10 was removed from my credit card $ 110. and do not know where my money back to my account. never come to this store. and will recommend to others not to do shopping in this tore!

First, the old man in the store was on his phone the entire time I was in the store; RUDE? I was the only customer in the store. He was the only one in the store. Later a young boy came out from the back.Still on the phone, after asking the man about iron and blood oxygenation, the old man suggested that I drink a product that said on the bottle "If Swallowed Drink Lots of Water and Contact a Physician Immediately." I asked told him, but the bottle says, "If Swallowed Drink Lots of Water and Contact a Physician Immediately." He then snatched the bottle from the counter and told the young boy to put it away. He accused me of harassing him and wasting his time because I was asking him too many questions (4 to be exact) questions about different products. He said he didn't do business like that. I was so hurt, He almost brought me to tears, it was so unexpected and caught me off guard. He accused me (a black woman) of treating him that way because he was black and that I would not ask a white man at the GNC all those questions. I totally understood why I was the only one in the store. I am still very upset, because if the young boy was not in the store I would have been kicked out, because I asked questions about products. Did I buy anything? Yes, because it was cold outside, it's the closes health food store to my home and I had walked to get Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar. Would I go again? Not if he is in the store. I will go when there is someone else in the store....maybe.
I really like the feel of Namaskar, when I walk in I feel very at home, especially because I'm offered a cup of tea. I absolutely love the Green juice they carry by Blends of Nature, Liquid Life. It is a bottle of organic nutrients and energy for a cheap price of $6. I did the Blends of Nature detox and I lost 15 pounds. I drink the juices everyday. Finally a healthy addiction! Life is great!
