Unfortunately I must say that I did not have a pleasant experience with Betty Bakery. I placed an order a few days before my daughter's 10th bday party. I did not get what I ordered, or what was written on my invoice. When I called back to let them know about the discrepancy, I was passed around to speak to multiple employees, placed on hold three times each time being told that what I asked for was the same as what I got. The young lady named Emily with whom I placed the order, practically lied and said that she completely did not recall our conversation from two days prior in which I distinctly stated what I wanted and what she wrote on my invoice that I checked before I left the store. I finally spoke with the manager named Zeke, who just corroborated the lie. It's so unfair to not get what you paid for as the customer and then be told that what you received was what you asked for. After getting a bit rude over the phone he agreed to give me a ten dollar credit towards another product, which I won't be using, they just lost a customer who has been purchasing cakes for many of my daughter's bdays in the past. We're all human, we make mistakes. However, it's quit distasteful to completely try to lie to and blame the customer, and for that reason I will have to find another bakery for my daughter's next birthday.

Amazing food, service, and ambiance! Brooklyn's great, new brunch spot. Obsessed with the coffee and colorful unique desserts. The Croque Madame is a personal favorite of mine. Highly recommend this beautiful Brasserie by the bay
Usually, I love their cakes, but I ordered a all pineapple cake. The cake they me was half guava and half pineapple. I was very disappointed and threw the guava part in the garbage. I called Angela's Bakery and they said there was nothing they could do! Thanks for ruining my party!!!!
Been there twice in one month, and both times; the experience was terrible. The first time I a cake that was already made, and it was super dry, bland and had very little filling. I said okay these things happen but on my second visit I pre ordered the cake a week in advance told the girls specifically that I wanted the cake to be extremely moist. Well this one was also dry, to the point that everyone served left it aloNE after a spoonful. Thank god for ice cream. NEVER AGAIN!
No air conditioning should close this place sorry to say once was a great business Now not good at all I'm afraid to see there rear facilities if this is how there running there business it's gone down to a very bad place to buy home bakery products not good tasting as before noticed boxes of apples from China imagine they should close clean up get air conditioner and new bakers and new supplies from the good old USA
The best cannoli's in town. They will even pack the cream separate from the shells if you are traveling. They have a variety of breads, cookies, donuts and cakes. Great selection!
Great donut and pastry shop! Wide selection an vintage interior. Delicious donuts you won't be disappointed!
Worst bakery food in Brooklyn
This place is in the center of an explosion of caribbean restaurants, so i walked in hoping for some amazinf roti w/ curry. Unfortunately they were no more curry so i settled for pepper pot with 3 plain roti. The first night it was good though the roti was almost hard. The next day my Roti was rock hard even after the microwave. I have sensitive teeth so i couldnt eat it which is why i am giving this business 3 stars.
