HORRIBLE. If i could i would give 0 stars. The lack of professionalism in this case was ASTOUNDING. I called for a pet friendly vehicle and did not get one. We use this service because it has pet friendly vehicles and we needed to transport a dog to the vet. After waiting for 30+ minutes for a car, the driver pulls up outside the vet and sees that we have a dog and will NOT allow us into his car. He then begins to argue with me about how the service didn't tell him we had a dog, and he didn't want to let us in. After convincing him that my hypoallergenic, non-shedding sheep dog would be fine, he then ALLOWS us to put her in his SUV trunk on top of pee pee pads that I had received from the vet so she was not actually touching his "precious" car. He then proceeds to call the service and yell about the fact that we are in his car and he didn't want to drive us within earshot so we, as the passengers, heard the conversation and rode with him very uncomfortably. If it were a quick service we would have waited for the next car, but with a sick dog we just wanted to get her home as quickly as possible. I then call to complain about the driver when I get home, and the customer service department acts like its my fault and defends this jerk to me and tells me that the driver called them again to complain about us! One of the absolute WORST experiences I have ever had and I caution anyone from using this service. Mean angry drivers, and terrible customer service. A industry based around consumers should know that the customer is always right, and in this case I absolutely was. I have never been treated so poorly.
Thanks for being so thoughtful and generous in helping us to transport the homeless residents to our Thanksgiving Luncheon on Saturday Nov. 19th. The residents were so elated to drive in style with such a pleasant driver. May God continue to bless you and increase you business as you serve the community.
My grandson is disabled which leaves him to have trouble with walking stability. Last year the school used a different bus company and we had a wonderful experience. The driver and matron were not only pleasant & accomidating, they also had driving skills. This year with consolidated, we've had nothing but grief. The operater can't drive, the matron is rude and nasty to say the least. They talk about safety, Thiers not the child. I'm not looking forward to the winter!!!

The worst dealer, the word bad is not enough to describe it, unfortunately I bought a vehicle with this dealer, 10 miles after removing it from the councilman I was turned on 3 lights I returned it to review it and had many problems, a month has passed and they have not I was able to solve them hiba driving and the vehicle was turned off in traffic, I could not drive it anymore and I dropped it, I call and ask to speak with the manager and they do not tell me that I can not talk to him, after calling more times they do not respond My calls or communicate with me the service is bad is a total scam, the price they say is not real then they add 3000 dollars more to the original price, please do not buy here is a scam.
I am a NYC TLC driver and the way this driver and dispatcher conducted themselves, they should never have contact with people. Being a driver isnt just driving but a matter of customer service to your customer. I take a car every week and pay $41 dollars to my home and queens. I pay the driver the $41, he calls the dispatcher and the dispatcher said price went up. I getout of the car and the driver is shouting dont ever call this company again. And you dont even give a tip. I started laughing if the dispatcher would have said price changed i would have had th $ 50 cash, If I know the price because I use the service every week but to yell and shout for $9 dollars. LOL He looked like and ASS, improfessonal and his TLC wasnt displayed in the vehicle.
