HORRIBLE SERVICE! STAY AWAY PEOPLE! these people take 2 hours after picking you up to take you to your destination, they are money hungry people who only care about their business! they treat the elderly/ disabled people with disrespect and when you call the office to complain they play it off like it isn't their fault. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! STAY AWAY!!!
I've been using coling. For almost two yr. These are the most polite caring and professional service. They do their very best to get me to dialysis on time, which by the way is 5am and pick me up promptly every time and deliver me back home on time as well. They are very organized. Love them!

Ambulance company that suspends one of their own EMTs for stopping to render aid to a 7yo girl who was choking, because it wasnt "a call." What is wrong with these people?
If I could give a negative review, I would. Their dispatcher, Tito, has no problem calling their elderly clients to yell at them for "not being ready to go" when 1- their drivers don't call to let them know they're there 2- they show up hours late ALL the time and 3- they have been waiting but their drivers just wait a minute and then take off saying they'll be back later. Their DRIVERS EXTORT money and ask for "presents" and "lunch". $5 to some may be nothing, but for the elderly, $5 here and there is a LOT of money and then what happens when they don't give the money? They have to worry that the driver will show up when they need him and not even reply when they ask him a question??? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!
My husband just paid hopefully our last bill to this company! 2 years ago they transported my 2 month old son to the hospital. The insurance company paid some of the bill, and we paid on it. The entire billing process was confusing and made worse by the lack of clarity and documentation from Transcare. We received numerous bills for over two years, including bills after we thought we had paid in full. Regarding billing practices, I do not recommend this company and I hope they treat others with more professionalism and courtesy than they showed toward our family. Of all the hospital bills, this was the worst company to deal with.
My mother has been living in Chinatown almost 40 years. On February 17, 2013 when the 911 was placed, first time they sent the emergency medical technician who can spoke her language and my mom was so much released. Beside the language, the care, the knowledge, the experience this young man has all. On top, his driving skill is another A plus. I asked his name before he took off from the hospital. I was told his name is Chris Poon. Trans Care Corp you have my Five Stars on this employee. :)
