Dishonest company. Appalling service. Staff is indifferent and rude. Manager is unreachable and uncompromising.Always late in arriving to appointments - same as seen in reviews below.I have lived in New York my entire life and have NEVER had such a terrible customer service experience.Use someone else - consider yourself warned.

Stay away from this company!!!. Paid them $80.92 toward a contract to repair my LG washer. I was told if it could not be repaired, I would be credited. Repairman came out told me drum was bad and he would order 2 in case one didn't work. They would be shipped to my home within a week and I should call to have repair done. After 2 weeks and no parts, I called...was bounced around and then told manager would resolve and contact me within week. That call never came so I called again. I was suddenly told by the woman that the manager said my unit could not be repaired. I requested my money back as was initially discussed and was told my deposit toward the contract was being converted to a diagnostic charge. Very unprofessional and dishonest. They told me to contact the manufacturer (LG) to get my money back. LG told me it was not their responsibility, they are not the company that took my money.Dealing with my bank, refuse to donate my fixed income to a dishonest company.
WARNING: This company disguises itself under different addresses and variations of its name. They have an *F* RATING on the Better Business Bureau website. Please call 311 and ask to speak to a Consumer Affairs Representative if you feel you’ve been scammed by this company. You may also call any larger company (like Sears or GE) that referred you to them, and put in a complaint concerning that company’s service contract with “Superior Appliance Repair”. I paid $90 upfront for a service I never received. This company then switched their price quote and hiked the price up by $249 which didn’t include the $90 I paid for service I never received. At first, they offered me a bait and switch with a “reduced” $100 off, alongside a refund. However, when I told them I wanted the refund instead, they told me they would only “consider” giving me back my $90, if I took down my review on Yelp. Please research this company online, before using them. Many big name companies hire them as 3rd party Subcontractors.
Spoke to the owner Rafy for two days. He guaranteed someone will come to my house to fix the refrigerator. For 2 days I took off from work waiting for the repairman and no one ever showed up. When I called to complain all of a sudden no one in the place spoke English. Very unprofessional I will never ever use this place again.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They promised fast service, but it's 3 1/2 weeks later and I still don't have anything but lies and an attitude from the employees. Here's what happened: it took 1 week for them to come to my house. They said they'd have the part in 1 week and would call me. I had to call them back 10 days later and they had forgotten to place my order. Then it took them 1 week to get my order, and they randomly showed up at my place to install it - without calling me. Finally, they gave me an appointment 7 days later. It's been 3 1/2 weeks and they still haven't fixed my washer.
Simply the worst online experience I've ever had!Here is a list of reasons why:1. We had to contact them to get an update on our order (one week after order was placed)2. We were notified then that the furniture was being shipped directly from the manufacturer on 2/12 (2 weeks after placing the order) even though their website stated the furniture was " in stock and ready for delivery."3. Finally received a notification that my furniture will be delivered in the morning on 2/23.(3 weeks after placing the order)3. The night before, I got rid of my old furniture to make room. The next morning received a call from AM Trucking (the delivery company) stating the driver is sick and my delivery will be rescheduled for the following week (which would have been 4 weeks after placing the order). A delivery company that only has 1 driver with no contingency plan?4. I took the day off of work to be there for the delivery (lost a days pay)On top of that, I had family coming in from out of town with no furniture!5. One of the managers called me from a blocked ID number (nothing fishy about that, right?) and tried to get me to not cancel the order.6. I canceled the order because I was forced to do so and I did not want to do business with them any longer. They stated I would still have to pay the shipping and restocking fees (for furniture I had to wait almost a month to even get a delivery date for).I finally got all my money back but they said they would return my money only if I retracted the negative review I left. (see posted photo of the conversation). I did so until I got all my money back. Then I changed it back. Do you really think you can trust this company?HERE'S A TIP... Don't believe the 5 star ratings for Appliances Connection... they are fake! I learned that AC has their employees and friends post positive ratings to keep their job. Plus they moderate the reviews on their website. They will not allow anything less than 4 stars to be displayed.

I've had such great success using Appliances Connection over the past few months that it has compelled me to write a review of praise. I did some research before I went on my appliance buying spree and Appliances Connection seemed to be the best fit for me. Very competitive pricing and organized over the phone. Ever since I ordered my Microwave Oven from them, have been ordering kitchen appliance after kitchen appliance ever since.
Very quick delivery compared to other appliance companies I have dealt with. Appliances Connection was well coordinated and very attentive throughout the process until it reached my address in one piece. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company for your appliances needs. The prices are extremely competitive.
I ordered a few appliances from this company and they arrived within a week in pristine condition. I am glad I gave them a try and will definitely order more items soon.
