Very unprofessional place the receptionist scream/ fight at each other in the presences of the client, this receptionist always on they social media as well as discussing they personal business out loud they also text in front the clients talk and play and they phone infront the clients and extremely rude not to mention they are so unorganized, argumentative, low class and hostile. The waiting is extremely ridiculous this people care less if you in pain. If you cud go to another location avoid this dump!
My first encounter with the program, I was a little unsure because of the age but I wanted to give Kids Ivy Tutors a chance. My daughter is a special needs child and I did not think that they would be able to help her but i was wrong. At the first session, my daughter felt relaxed and comfortable with the guys. They made her feel that she was able to do anything if she just put her mind to it . They take there time with her and i find them to be very patient and understanding with her. As a mom that was very important to me. I find them to be very professional and understanding I know that if my child sticks with this program, she will be able to go to college one day. I recommend this program to anyone who has a child who finds school difficult and says they don't like school. Sincerely, Mrs. Rumble, a mom who is truly grateful.
this practice is totally mismanaged and out of control. The manager does not have control of the office and makes it hard for kids to learn and practice. Some teachers are good... some are not... We have decided not to let our child continue. poor, poor, poor managers.....
I decided to discontinue my sending my child to this place because the place is totally mismanaged. The tutors know the work and some are good but they do not know how to control or teach the kids.. They spend more time asking kids to go back to the desk then to teach them... The manager doesn't know how to run the place
