This is a great place to take my daughter. The staff is so nice and polite to her. I have not had a bad experience here yet and doubt I will in the future.

Keshawn was so helpful. She really tryed to help my 7yr old son. She had a warm personality. The original lady that was assisting my son didn't have has much of a warm personality.

The entire staff at Brooklyn Park Kool Smiles is amazing. I initially started taking my kids here for their routine cleanings and noticed their excellent bedside manor. When I finally got insurance after years withoit it, I knew where I wanted to go. I was embarrassed at the length of time between cleanings and very anxious due to previous experience with other dentists. Kool Smiles Brooklyn Park has been awesome every step of the way. Everyone is so friendly and accommodatin to both parents and children. Thank you for making what is usually seen as an unpleasant experience, one that we don't mind and even enjoy. Special shout out to Lisa, Downette, Keshawn, Karuna, Glenn and Mildris. The support staff is the best!!!

My nieces and nephews are all seen at koolSmiles an it's very kid friendly an the staff is extremely n w an patient with us, I highly recommend!!!!

I usually enjoy my experience at Kool Smiles but the last visit wasn't too nice. There was a lady named Verionca at the front desk and she was so rude! I never been so offended throughout the years Ive brought my kids at any of the Kool Smiles. I love Kool Smiles, the atmosphere, everything. My kids and I have always been treated great except this one time.
