I live in Lebanon and I was using a different septic company for 15 years and when I found out I was completely getting ripped off because they were pumping out the wrong tank, I started shopping around for a better price and I called Arts Septic. Owner himself came and I had uncovered the wrong tank. Without me asking him he uncovered the right tank, never charged me a dime more and did a great job pumping out both tanks. His price beat everyone else's. He earned a lifelong customer.

Our septic tank was backing up and it wasn't good. Called Art's that morning; they said they'd be there in the afternoon and they were! We have used Arts several times in the 20 years that we have owned our home. Primarily for routine pumping and an occasional clogged sewer line. They are always quick to respond, professional and down to earth. This month we had a back up and as usual Arts was quick to respond. They assisted us with finding the problem, walked us through the problem, explained the options for repair including explaining how to do the repair ourselves to save on cost. Great people, great company.
