Great massage. Toes and fingers are beautifully polished. All the ladies were friendly. Spa was clean and relaxing. Very affordable. My only negative is the pedicure and manicure chairs. The pedicure chair did have the ability to massage but would not decline or move backward/forward. That made sitting there during my pedicure less relaxing. The manicure chair was not comfortable either and there was no padded surface or anything to help support my arms/wrists when getting manicure.

I was gifted a massage package to SouthWest Day Spa. I typically see someone weekly in my area. I'm an avid massage lover as well as an ex health club owner and massage practitioner myself. SouthWest has a delightful relaxing feel to it. My therapist was excellent and she gave me a wonderful feel tissue massage that was every bit as good a my 240lb therapist if not better. I would recommend the Spa anytime.

Southwest Day Spa is like an oasis in the middle of the city. Look, getting the hair ripped out of your back isn't exactly the number one activity on most guys' lists. But here they make it tolerable. The atmosphere is terrific - relaxing and soothing. The staff is incredibly friendly. Walking in off of Beacon Street is always a pleasant change of pace. So if you're a guy, and you've got back hair that has no earthly reason for being there, this is the place to go.

I've been going to Southwest Day Spa for the past two years to get my Brazilian wax done. Levina treats me wonderfully everytime and consistently makes me feel relaxed during what could be an uncomfortable situation. The wax is quick, clean, and done with relatively little pain.



As I've continued to see Levina, she's recently suggested a combination microdermabrasion and laser treatment for my face. The past few months I've been experiencing horrible breakouts, and they've been leaving red marks on my skin - leaving me feeling quite self-conscious.



In only three microdermabrasion sessions, and two laser treatments, the results are more then clear. My skin is like night and day - the marks have been dramatically reduced, and my breakouts have totally quit.



Levina is incredibly gentle and thorough and has given me a new outlook on my skin. After suffering for years with sensitive and combination skin, trying everything from ProActive to drugstore washes, and even mild prescriptions, and still fighting breakouts these past few months, I've finally found my answer to clear skin.



I could not be more thankful to Levina for giving me dramatic results, and allowing me the opportunity to feel comfortable with my face, and not having to cover it with make-up.



I would, and have, recommended Levina, and the microdermabrasion/laser process to ANYONE who is unhappy with their skin. It is one hundred and fifty percent worth every penny.
