Love shopping there....... Have bought may pieces of jewelry threw them. They are very knowledgeable and great place to shop at.

Poor quality and poor service.



NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND ISSUES at Roger and Holland and I've not even been engaged for 2 months. My wonderful fiance bought me an engagement ring at Roger and Holland. Within THREE weeks of proposing to me, the center diamond fell out! Thank goodness, my fiance bought an insurance policy, so the diamond could be replaced.



When picking up my ring after the diamond had been replaced, I called to make sure it would be done. The manager, Becky, said it would be done by 5pm. I showed up at Roger and Hollands at 6:15 and it was not done. I had to wait a half hour and was late for dinner. I called to make sure it was done, because I had dinner plans. I also could not pick it up later, because we had engagement photos the next day. I feel like I did everything I could to make sure my ring would be done, and it still wasn't.



When I finally did pick up my ring, they had made the prongs thicker, so the diamond would not fall out again. However, one prong was significantly larger than the other prongs. Visible to the eye. I took the ring for my engagement photos and returned the ring the next day to get the prong fixed.



This time I told the jeweler than I wanted to pick it up on wednesday, although I would not come until friday. I figured this way I wouldn't have to wait. Sure enough.... Friday rolls around and I still have to wait for my ring. I am waiting for my ring right now and I am guessing there will be other issues once I pick it up.
