4/29/17 visit -Casual , warm atmosphere. Server was Eric he was awesome-attentive and through. I have soy allergy & called ahead- by our arrival the manager knew what soup , entrees would work & from there Eric check (without being asked to) & when I ordered no seasoning he asked if I didn't like the season - no I just didn't want to ask them to check- he already had ..it was GREAT!! And at 6pm on a Sat night
Not worth even getting one star. My adverse experience very closely parallels those already stated. Once seated, we received our bread but had to request silverware and napkins because it was not provided when the table was "ready". My date ordered a salad with pecans, the salad arrived but without the pecans and we had to set it back for them. We ordered steaks, medium. When they arrived, my date's steak ran bllod when cut, definitely not medium. We sent it back and after a greater than ten minute wait, it was returned by a gentleman in a blue shirt who I assumed represented management. He stood before us, hands on hips and asked it the steak was "done" now. It had a blackened char on it but when cut into, even after sending it back, it still ran blood. We gave up and said leave it. I sent a letter to the corporate headquarters detailing our deep dissatisfaction. I received an email from a managing partner asking me to call and discuss the issues. After trying twice to contact him and leaving my number, he never contacted me. I would never recoomend this place to anyone, even someone I disliked.
Do not waste your time or $$. Outback has been going down hill for years. Was there last weekend. Once seated, we waited 15 minutes for silverware and napkins. Mean while we already had the bread served. We ordered the Bloomin onion - never arrived. 4 meals, only one was half way decent. My wife's pork chop - under cooked. My hamburger, burnt. My daughters pasta, hard noodles. Fries, burnt. Service crappy throughout the whole night.
We will NEVER visit an Outback again. Besides, it is the same old stale menu they have had for 25 YEARS!
Let me re state what I said...My boyfriend and I had gotten a gift card and drove to the closest one. We ordered steaks for ourselves and chicken fingers for my son. My son got to eat his food and loved it. We however, had to have our steak reheated. We ordered medium well and they both were raw!!! My boyfriend's steak was still raw, and the manager said that it usually stays raw around the bones. REALLY!!! We know how to grill steak, we aren't idiots. He didn't eat much of his steak. We don't blame the waitress. The cook needs to go back to school to learn how to cook a steak. The dinner rush hadn't even hit yet, so there is no reason at all for how the steaks were that bad!!! We will NEVER go back to that Outback Steakhouse EVER AGAIN!!!

Well I got a gift card to go there so i decided to try it out. Well to start off i drove there at 3 pm. Only to find out they don't open until 5 pm. Then a couple weeks later I decide to try it again. Well we got seats right away, and a waitress came and greeted us. Well I ordered Buffalo Wings, and a small order of cheese fries and a milk. My girlfriend ordered the steak with mash potatoes, fries, and a soda. About a half hour - 45 minutes our food comes, and well there is a huge order of fries for me and some chicken wings that looked nothing like the picture. They were disgusting. I never received my milk. My girlfriend never received her mash potatoes. Also my fries turned out to be a large order which they tried charging me for, along with the milk i never received. I do NOT recommend going there. Unless you like bad food, and don't mind not getting half of what you order.
