I have written to Fiserv, Inc. before about the Same Complaint maybe 1-5 years ago, however, up until this date, Fiserv, Inc. has still Failed To Do Anything About It When They Actually CAN! I will remind Fiserv, Inc. about My Complaint and This Time Around, I Will Keep My Complaint In An Archived File Under The Fiserv, Inc. Company Name uncase I Need To Re-Send The Same Complaint Out To Fiserv, Inc. Again In The Near Future! About ME: I have been a Customer of the Southern California Gas Company for over eight (8) years and sadly, I have been paying my monthly bill the same way with my Mastercard Credit Card by going on to the BillMatrix website and filling out the form with my account number, amount of payment, credit card information, etc. This has been Nothing, but a Bloody Nuisance during all of these years because I have asked to have my Credit Card To Be Charged Automatically So That I Am Never Late With A Payment Like I Was This Time Around and so far, Fiserv, Inc. Has Done Nothing About It, But Totally And Deliberately Inconvenience Me As Their Fiserv, Inc. Customer! Please Note: Fiserv, Inc. Makes Billions Of Dollars Per Year And Yes, Fiserv, Inc. A couple of years ago I saw an ad for Styl N Companions which mentioned that the dogs were allowed to roam freely. This appealed to me because I have heard some bad stories about groomers and have been avoiding them. However, I wanted my boys spiffed up for a Christmas portrait, so I decided to try Styl N Companions. My Bernese Mountain dog and border collie-type mix came out beautifully trimmed and shaped up. The dogs all looked so happy when I came to pick them up. I was so pleased with the results. During this past year, I have been fostering small breed dogs, such as Shih Tzus, Silky and Yorkie terriers, Maltese. All of these dogs, as well as presenting grooming challenges, present socialization challenges as well because they are all rescue dogs. I didn't hesitate to call Melissa and Charlene. I knew my fosters would be treated compassionately. I would like to say that I think of Styl N Companions like a high-end hair salon as compared to a shopping center hair salon. Melissa and Charlene don't just groom--they know how to perform just a little bit more artistic magic with the dogs. They have always been very accommodating about bookings and I feel they are very reasonable in their rates. Lastly, I have one more part to my story--Melissa's parents adopted one of my fosters last September.
We are overprotective owners of two babied Golden's....6 yr old Casey and 3 yr old Belle. They are our children and deserved to be treated as such.....they would agree as well. Grooming is an important aspect of dog ownership....and we have two options ......I do the bathtub fight or someone else does. After my previous groomer left Milwaukee, I went through a trial period of other groomers until I found Styl'n Companions. Melissa's personality and friendliness that was extended to me, was also extended to my girls. It's more than friendly grooming - it's the care associated to the grooming that puts Styl'n Companions over the rest. I drop my girls off in a clean shop, knowing they will be taken care of, watched, allowed to interact with other dogs, and get a spa experience. Getting a health/inspection report of anything abnormal also shows the level of detail given of my girls. We go home with confidence, gratitude, clean fur, and some fun, handmade novelty items...for xmas we received glass ornaments with some fur trimmings inside. This is a business run by professionals who care about your dogs, not by employees filling hours in a week. I would recommend Styl'n Companions for your furry children also. I've used her a couple of times, mostly to save me some money. Both times I took my pomapoo, she always came back very timid and looked as though she had razor burn marks in between her inner thighs. I was really worried about it, but Missie seemed like such a nice person who wouldn't hurt a fly. So I brushed if off. I thought it was normal, but after reading these reviews...I started doubting myself. I actually had my baby scheduled with her again later this week, but decided to get a second opinion and found some other groomers (top notch, FYI); I told them about what had happened to my dog, and they told me that seeing razor burn marks, I should be weary as she may not be gentle with the dog, especially a small one like mine. I guess they said that being timid is normal, but usually towards the end, the dog will be okay...not the case with my dog whenever I took her to Missie. I still think she's a nice person, but I adore my dog and will probably be using other groomers from now on. Looking into Madra's Pet Grooming; suppose to be one of the best in Milwaukee. Thanks you two for the reviews; if I didn't read these, I would have taken my dog back to her this week!
Hi i am aly and i am melissa(the owners) daughter and i am just amazed that my mom has come this far in her own buisness i just love dogs and thats why i always love to go to her work and watch not only for the dogs but because her shop is amazing and she has black rod iron stuff comfy beds aroma therapy and so much more and the best part is is that she has NO KENNELS NONE ZIP GOOSE EGG NOTTA ZILCH none of the dogs are stuck in the kennals unless they have to dry!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have 3 dogs at home and they also love it there! Another good thing is that usually if you walk into a dog salon you expect a terrible dreadful smell but when you walk into my mom's shop it may smell better than your hair boutique she has so many things so her spa smells great i love it there i feel that it is a second home for me and it looks like a normal hair salon but for dogs seriosly you may think that i am making this up just to help my mom's work but everything is true even go see for yourself i am making a promise you wont be sorry i've seen some dogs that race in and nearly knock the door open to get in there! literally !!!!!!!!!
I have been with Melissa for 8 years now when I first came to her I only had one Shih Tzu and over the next three years I have acquired a total of four. Every time I would come in with a new one Melissa would treat him as if it where her own. When she open her own spa it was such a pleasure to have the dogs be able to have freedom to roaming and socialize with the other dogs. Melissa and Charlene both have so much love and compassion for their jobs and it reflects on how you see them treat all their clients and their owners. When I bring all four in for grooming all I have to do is open the car door and all four run in to the salon together. One time I brought a picture of each dog to show her just how I wanted them to look. She was so happy because she then could see how much to cut off and how I wanted their faces to look. Melissa has been a great friend with the compassion and love for all and if you need a hug she is right there to give the best hug to make your day a little better. I have been taking my Teddy Bear RascAl to a business in Waukesha for the last 7 yeArs. Thank god their groomer has recently left and they are now without one. This is how I discovered Styl,n . My boyfriend dropped our dog off for grooming and I was the one picking him up. I was so impressed just walking thru the door. I just happened to look over the gate and there was Rascal. I hardly recognized him! He even had a cute blue little bow in his hair. I really could not believe how amazing he looked. He was so happy. He wasn't in a cage or chained up in the back waiting for my arrival, he was there in front unleashed playing and SMILING A LOT. No other groomer has ever done such a fantastic job. All I can say is WOW. HILLARY Was our groomer. She was amazing! Rascal actually smiled the entire way home. It was a GREAT Experience for Rasc and my family. THANKS SO MUCH HILLARY!!!!! We will be back. I encourage everyone to go to STYL'N. The extra drive is well worth it :)
We rescued a Shih-tzu a little over 2 months ago. Our dog absolutely loves coming to Melissa(owner of this pet spa), when she is around, my husband and I do not even exist. He follows Melissa's every move. Melissa's passion for all kinds of animals truely is apparent by the animals response to her. I see the animals come running in and some even jump up on her table waiting to be pampered by her. Our story is even sadder, because someone was very cruel to our little guy. To see the way our dog trusts Melissa is very heart felt. Her compassion is grooming and loving all of her clients, and their pets. Her staff also have the same quality as she does, how could you not. Everyone there is a true professional and pet lover , that is what sets Styln' Companions apart from the rest. I took my cockapoo to Missie and it was a great experience for my dog. He had had a bad experience the first he'd been groomed and Missie knew it and took the time to calm him down. Because he'd had such a bad experience the first time, it had been a while since I'd gotten him groomed, so I'm ashmed to say he was a mess. I know it couldn't have been an easy groom job for her, but when I got him back he was beautiful and was wiggling all over. I'm sure he was happy to get all that hair off. He was licking her hand and jumping around......I had a totally different dog! And the charge was less than the first place I took him. (I think they had a new groomer there and my dog happened to get her.) I won't go anywhere else, because I know that he'll be worked on by only one person, and she gets to know all his quirks.
I recently moved the the area from out of town. It's very important to me that the professionals who care for my dog understand large breeds and their personalities and I want to know I can trust the person with my dog. When I called to make the appointment, the owner answered the phone and she was very friendly and helpful and took a lot of time talking to me. She has a large dog, so I knew she would understand my slow-moving, sweet big boy. When I dropped him off, I noticed that her building is clean and well-kept. When I picked my dog up, he was calm and not in a rush to get outta there! That's the test that she passed with flying colors! He was in a good mood and he liked her. He had no burn marks and was treated well. And, her prices are very reasonable. I will be back to this trusted professional!
