We could not be happier with Bath and Kitchen Specialists. They were extremely polished, professional and customer-oriented. Work was done on time and on budget. The two-man team that worked on our bathroom were a joy to have around our home. They kept us informed of everything going on, were friendly and were very respectful of our privacy. I would highly recommend Bath and Kitchen Specialists for your bathroom remodeling project.

If you want to look like a do it yourself, Allen Kitchen and Bath would have been ok. However, we paid $23,000.00 for the updating of two small bathrooms. Laree Allen is a great sales person and has very good design ideas. The execution of the ideas greatly lacked. The first day work was to begin, we received an e-mail saying they could not contact their electrician. That should have been the first sign something was wrong. The first project was replacing a vanity and putting in a tub surround including a tile inset. Laree suggested we use solid surface panels. I thought it was great.....except, the tile in the inset was installed by someone totally unqualified. She put in a vanity measuring 36 inches, not the standard 34 which required electric sockets to be moved. the project took 5 (five), weeks. We were amazed NO ONE came on site at any time to inspect the work being done. After each step they took, they asked for money even though we had provided them with an $11,000.00 deposit, which more than paid for the bathroom they were working on. One contractor contacted us saying we would have a lien placed against our home since they had not been paid by Allen Kitchen and Bath. They started the second bath in July. This one was a little more involved. It required putting in a new floor, new toilet, new vanity and raising the ceiling of the existing shower. It never required the changing of the footprint of the bathroom at all. We again had selected the solid surface walls for the shower with an accent tile inset. We again experienced unbelievably poor workmanship. A lot of miscommunication between Allen and their workers. Sending unqualified people to do the work. The project took until the first week of July until the first week of September to complete. We would never recommend them for any work. Very bad experience.
Absolutely one of the most unprofessional remodelers out there. We had a small bathroom remodel that Mark Steven Pickerell did not follow his contract agreement. His tiler caused us over $1000 in damages. Left broken tile in drain in the shower that caused flooding. Tile was also not pitched correctly for drainage. The contractor only would come on site for payment installments. He did not return calls or texts. Refused to sign for certified letters asking him to meet to go over the problems. I have about a dozen more problems that I do not have the space here to explain.Unless you enjoy nightmares, I would stay away from Woodland Remodeling of Brookfield Wi.
