HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEITFUL, CHEATING TACTICS. BUYER BEWARE!!I was target of their "Bait and Switch" tactics in November 2017. Where they had a car priced for $30K and literally once they had me come up and meet them in person they added several other "Dealer Fees" that no one else in the market charges and made the car price to $33K + Taxes, registration, etc fees. Car ended up being >$35K. ON TOP OF THAT, their IT department dropped the price of the car literally at the time of negotiations $1K online, and the Sale Manager comes to me saying we have no room in this price and you can travel back to your city 3 hours away w/o making a deal.
First I would like to say I was very reluctant to even write review cause I'm not sure anyone looks at this with importance. This is my third vehicle with BGMC and probably the worst experience. My salesman was more concerned about the sale as opposed to my needs. The vehicle I chose was not what I received. My sale ended at 8pm and was basically pushed out dealership saying if you need more help come back. I called next day to say features in car were not what I picked although I was told it was prior to me signing. The dealership would not let vehicle be changed to what I verbally chose. It was told to me from salesperson when I called the next day that the manager picked car from list and it was to match what I chose off showroom floor but it was not. It was being cleaned and gassed while I signed paperwork. I trusted the salesperson and dealership which end up being mistake. The main feature that car didn't have was remote start/push button start. Although dealership offered to have remote start installed, the aftermarket install is not satisfactory. I have to use an extra remote which was not was told to me. Everything since the day I got car has been an inconvenience and short of nightmare. I got to point after install of aftermarket remote that I will pay for lease for these 4 years cause I care about my credit and I will move on to another dealership. Even when my wife needs new car. I can’t in good faith stay with dealership and they not change out vehicle next day when it was their error. I may not know how simple or hard it may be to change out vehicle but I was never given good explanation, especially with this being my FIRST Lease. I think it could have been handled a whole lot better. I didn't ask to return car and not stay with a new vehicle, I asked to be given what I told my salesperson and what he relayed to management to deliver to me. I am sending this review with hopes that my issue is resolved. I have never been so disappointed in an experience but in end it feels like I was made to believe it was my fault. I was told multiple times that owner and upper management cares about their business and service, this is not good to me or for me. I'm sorry to be negative but my experience is what I feel to be VERY short of happy.
