I went into the Windsor to get a dress that they were out of stock online. I had to have it shipped to the store. I paid for the dress after waiting in a ridiculously long line and then returned about 20 minutes later to get a different dress I had also been thinking about buying. When I went up to the register again she asked me if I had paid for the shipping on the other dress. I had already bought it and it was explained to me that I would not have to pay the shipping if I got the dress. She made me then pay for the shipping on the dress even though I had already purchased the dress and left but then came back. I thought this was very rude and their fault. She made the remark if I would not have come back I wouldn't have had to pay the shipping. That is not right, right on the receipt it says " We want to make you happy." Well you didn't and I will not be coming back to the Windsor in Brookfield.
My daughter went here and they had the best customer service. I would suggest making an appointment. Huge selection too
I walked into the store looking for a cute new dress for a special date with my boyfriend. Upon walking in the store I got no greeting. Ignoring this, I continued my search. I made my way to the clearance rack and found the perfect dress! I was thrilled! But I went to try it on and waited five minutes for someone to actually acknowledge that I was waiting for a fitting room. I tried the dress on and found that the belt that should have been with the dress wasn't there. I checked the rack and there was no other dress like this on. When I went to check out the girl didn't even ask how I was doing she pretty much ignored me. I mentioned the missing belt and asked if I could get an additional discount for the missing belt, the girl replied with an EXTREMELY rude comment about how they can't do that since it was a clearance dress. Then instead of looking for a belt to match the dress the girl went to the cabinet that was for damages or returns and pulled out the first belt she saw. It didn't match at all and was creased and was beginning to fall apart. I turned down the belt. I paid for the dress and left the store. I didn't get a "goodbye" or a "come back soon!" Nothing. I was and still am extremely disappointed in my experience there. The least that the girl could have done was try to help me find a belt that actually matched the dress or something! This store has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
