Nice place mexican place
Everything is great there. I had their burrito the first day they opened and it was better than chipotle and salsa fresca. Today was my second time coming and I got a taco and a stack (kind of like a crunchwrap you would get at taco bell)
service was horrible food tasted like crap and had to pay for refills was a bad experience
This is mexican food for people who don't like mexican food. I had the enchiladas with rice and beans. There was no hint of the herbs, spices, chilies, or flavor that makes mexican food so great. There was no hint of onion, garlic, mexican oregano, chilies, or even salt. Everything was extremely bland. I will not go back.
Just ate lunch there and not only was the place very nicely decorated but the food was delectable. There is a lovely Mexican mural on the wall too. The service was fast and pleasant. I love the El Coyote in Monroe. It's funkier but just wonderful. I noticed several people felt comfortable enough to bring young children and infants. You can sit outside. I highly recommend the mole and the guacamole.
The food was outstanding, but the service was ridiculously slow! We were seated quickly, but the server took more than 10 minutes to approach the table for our drink order. We couldn't believe the lack of service throughout the meal. It was so bad it was almost comical. I would love to go back for the food, but my husband refuses.
I really enjoyed the food, very fresh and tasty. Consistently good! The atmosphere is pretty nice too. Customer service is also pretty good - El Coyote's manager went from table to table checking on the service and the food. The one negative is that the wait for the food is rather long.
