Just had a massage with Danielle and she did an amazing job! I've had a lot of disappointing massages but this one made me feel fantastic. Hot towels, great service, relaxing environment, and Danielle is clearly very skilled at what she does. I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I was sent an email indicating I had won a $500 gift card. I made an appointment and let the girl on the phone know that I had a $500 credit on my account, which she confirmed and then took my appointment. I went for the service, and then afterward, I was told that the $500 could not be applied to that particular service. I understand why they would want to allow if for some but not others, but no where on the email indicating I had won or sweepstakes details or even when I called, was it noted that there were some services that did not apply. So here I am being asked to pay nearly $600. I asked to speak to someone about it and they said the only person with authority to discuss it further would be the Dr. Koffler who cannot be reached directly. They said that he would call me. It has now been 2 months and after numerous calls, messages, emails, I have still not successfully been able to speak to the doctor. It is a very poor and unprofessional way to run a business. I think it is absolutely unacceptable that I have not been given the courtesy of a discussion with someone of authority about the situation. Aside from that, the last time I went the person who was going to be performing the service was nearly 20 minutes late. Wasn't even at the salon yet when I arrived. I have children that need to be picked up from school so this was not appreciated. The quality of the service itself was mediocre at best.I would not recommend.
Terrible massage, worse customer service! I booked a massage at the recommendation of a friend, who later told me her massage wasn't good either. The atmosphere is nice, but that's they only good part. The therapist RUSHED me through the "relaxation room" prior to my treatment then said based on all my ailments on my paper, I need more than a Swedish. Ok fine. She pulled my right shoulder away from left thigh and said I need a deep tissue. Whatever lady, get on with it. She excused herself to tell the front desk. When she came back she said she'll do a signature massage for $100 vs $85, which I thought was a combo between the two.. it's not btw. She just slowly applied full Palm pressure down my limbs and BARELY on my back where I was in the most pain. She SKIPPED my right calf and both feet even when I checked that my feet hurt. Before I had a chance to speak up about more work in a particular area, she was in to the next spot. Then all the sudden, it was OVER... my 60 min was more like 45 bc it was 15 min to closing time. When I COMPLAINED to the front desk that it wasn't what I expected and I was DISAPPOINTED, the girl was NOT empowered to make it right and asked me to pay full price and that in 2 days (cuz she's off), she'll have the manager call me. My MISTAKE, I should have said no to that plan. 2 days later, the manager Elaine HANGS UP before I could pick up, caller ID! I call her, we chat, she agrees the right thing is to offer another service fee of charge. But she's not empowered to make that decision either and she said that the owner probably wouldn't do it. I NEVER HEARD BACK EITHER WAY!! This place is shady, doing poor quality work, and leaving customers unhappy and out a lot of money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
