I placed my order via seamless at 6:30pm (expected delivery time was 8pm). At 9 pm I called for the status. The young lady answered, asked for my name and put me on hold for about a min. When she comes back on the line she says all deliveries left out. Now 9:30pm still nothing so I call again. The same young lady answers, as I'm talking to her some guy takes the phone from her and says he's the manager they just received my order now and are making it. Obviously at this point I'm frustrated. I explained I called and the girl said it was on its way so how is it being made now. He says "well at least it's being made fresh, you feel me". Who talks to customers like that?! We exchanged some words and he offers banana pudding as compensation. At this point I'm beyond pissed, my kids are hungry and tired so just agree to the banana pudding. My food arrives at 10:40pm! The food was NOT AT ALL fresh. The fries were brown, the hot dog and bun all shriveled up. The French toast looked like a fried pork chop, bacon little chopped up burnt pieces. And my steak was so hard. I spent $50 and we THREW away ALL the food. My boyfriend called back and the "manager" was so rude and speaking like he was on the streets. If they want to survive the 1st thing they need to do is get rid of him!
