This is the worst car rental place. I rented out a car for three days. I decide to stay with it for a couple of more days. I call in to make them aware, and to request a better vehicle even if I have to pay extra. The guy on the phone was rude he's like it's a 2017 vehicle and it works fine. We don't have anymore cars. I let him know he's wrong. Anyone knows what a 2017 car looks like compared to anything older. What I don't understand secondly is why not keep the customers? Just let me get another car rental if I'm unsatisfied and let me pay the extra money out of my pocket it's not a bother or a problem. Instead he decides to argue with me and have an attitude like he's on his period. I don't know what his name is. But from the pictures I saw already posted he's the one with black hair, black sweater, light skin, with a white button down and a blue tie.

Branch Manager Cedric Sekyere at the Riverdale location is an absolute asset and saving grace to the Enterprise brand. His hard work and dedication has helped to retain me as a loyal customer at the Riverdale Branch. On several occasions, I have had the pleasure of his customer service and bright smile. Often times, there is a long wait to pick up a car at this location but it seems like it may simply be due to the fact that I usually pick up during lunch and Cedric is the only employee there juggling everything alone. He still seems to keep a smile on his face and engages each customer with his full attention (which is hard to do when you have 4 people picking up, 3 people returning cars and phones ringing off the hook). During my last rental 2/23/17 - 2/25/17, it took 30 minutes to get a vehicle. Cedric was alone and there were 2 customers ahead of me plus another customer returning a car. I had already driven home to pick up my daughter when we discovered that the seat belt on the passenger seat would not lock properly, so I had to return the car to exchange it for another (which surprisingly only took 7 minutes). On the day of my return; I got caught up in serious traffic and arrived at the Riverdale location 30 minutes after the branch closed. Luckily Cedric was still there (with half of the gates down) assisting some other late customers. He still accepted my late car return with a smile even though he should have been off and half way home at that time. That type of customer service and dedication is why I will continue to use the Riverdale Branch as my first choice in car rentals. Thank you Cedric.-Sean Flynn (Plus # NKZSZRF)

I made a reservation for a car about a month in advance. When I went to go pick up the car, they couldn't give me the car I had rented due to a policy, despite the fact that I made the reservation with this policy in place. They refused to honor my reservation after a mistake that they made. They said that I could rent another car for about 3 times the price that I had reserved at. When I tried talking with them on the phone the next day, the manager was very rude, refused to work with me, and then hung up on me. Save yourself some time and don't rent from Hertz, this branch especially.
I have been renting cars their, about five years now and I enjoy their service for their customers. They know I need a mini-van for each rental and I get a new clean one. When I call to be picked up, they are very quick to do so and the same to go back home. Thank You Enterprise for over years GREAT SERVICE!!!.
