I am very disappointed with my experience with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I made an appointment to take a look at a vehicle and drove 90 mins to go see it. Spending most of my day in contact with the dealership ensuring that if I wanted the vehicle I would be able take it home that night. Numerous emails went back and forth along with a few phone calls. Before I left my house I called to ensure the vehicle was still for sale. I let them know that it would take me 90 mins to drive there and I asked them to please not sell that vehicle. As they knew I really wanted it and knew that I had financing I place. They ensured me not to worry about it and that they would not sell the car. They sold the car as I was walking into the dealership and I wasted 3 hours of my time. Very disappointed.
Sold me an SUV with a faulty transmission, within a week of purchasing the vehicle. so i took it back for them to fix it and they said they did. One month later transmission goes out again!!!1!DONE BUY FROM THEM!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

If there was an option to give no stars or negative stars... This place would never get even one star from me. They are a bunch of crooks and schemers. I had been leasing from Honda of New Rochelle for nine years and never had a problem with returning cars and leasing a new one. So I thought I'd try Bronx Honda since they are much closer to my home. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE that was! The day I went I was assisted by Ritchie. I told him numerous times I owed about four months left on the vehicle I was returning. Honda of New Rochelle always took over the remaining payments and I didn't have to worry about anything while leasing a new vehicle. About two weeks after I left with my new vehicle, I receive a letter in the mail saying I owe American Honda $1200. I went back to Bronx Honda to let them know what was going on and Ritchie had the nerve to tell me I never made him aware of the remaining months on my previous lease. I was then referred to one of the managers which was no help at all and was told I would receive a call from another manager which never happened. I wish I remembered their names because they would definitely be on here as well. I never received a call back from anyone at Bronx Honda and every time I called back I was given the run-around. For sake of saving my sanity and credit... I paid the $1200 for a car I no longer was in possession of as well as the fees I had already paid for the new vehicle I had leased. If you liked to get played for a fool and cheated by snakes in suits... Definitely visit Bronx Honda for a vehicle. But if you really want a Honda and a great deal and actually enjoy great customer service... I suggest taking an extra 20 minute drive to Honda of New Rochelle. Honda of New Rochelle is pretty amazing and I'll definitely be going back once the lease at this hell whole of a place is over! BRONX HONDA IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!
I called at 9:05 Am about a vehicle. I was told that it was in stock at the price stated. They gave me a "VIP" number and appointment. I got there at 9:40 and there was no car! The old bait and switch routine! Once the dealer saw that I wasn't going to be fooled by that old trick he immediately gave his full attention to someone else! In my opinion everyone should stay clear of them!!!
Very happy experience with three of their employees. I dealt with Randy, Bob and Kimberly. I needed my trade in towed their and they picked up the bill. Got a good deal on the car I bought and left happy. Thank you Eastchester.
Dont get your car from here! These charlatanssold my father a truck that had engine issues within a month. so we decided to follow up on their warranty which covers the vehicle for a month says, when we went to confront them about it they backtracked behind a hidden clause that the vehicle couldn't be over 1000 miles over from the day it was purchased. The 1K clause was never made apparent. They didn't want to make repair or take the truck back. Legally we had no ground to stand on because of a deceiving contract clauseOnce again avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!
Made appointment last friday for today October 24th, 2014. Waited outside until they lifted the door for the cars to roll in at 7:32 AM. Finally I went with the service advisor. He stated your engine light is on and to diagnose that it will be an additional $165.00 if it's not covered under your extended warranty. I said no thanks I can go to Auto Zone and have it checked out for free and if it more then a minor thing then I can bring it back after I confirm with my extended contract. Then he stated let me get your information on your contract, address, phone number, etc. I stated I was on the phone with a young lady who had me give her all the information for the service appointment. He stated I needed that and I stated I don't have it with me as it is home and I am here. Long story short I just left. Not good customer service there. Second time I had to deal with something stupid at this place. I only decieded to take it to them because they are 5 minutes from my house. Never again. Took it to auto zone and computer light said gas cap. Replaced gas cap all is good now. 13 dollar gas cap compared to 165 diagnose fee. SMH
