Excellent Customer Service!!! My Phone had a hardware malfunction and was covered. I had an lg phone stuck in a boot loop. I also was a part of the Jump Program. At this location I worked with Jose and Juan. I asked if I could upgrade my phone, and they were able to upgrade me. In addition, the phone I wanted wasn't in store, so Juan called around to see if any other Bronx stores had this phone. The next day they were able to get my phone. Jose also tested the phone in front of me, installed my screen protector onto the phone and put my sim card in. Fantastic Support!!! Highly Recommended!!! Jose and Juan you rock!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I must warn you do not do business with them they supposedly repair my iPhone 6+ screen but what I was left with is a lifted non repaired screen. I was told they won't to call the police because they are not going to fix it that it was my fault. This happened the very next day after repair I bought it back the claim it was to fix it back but it is still lifted they robbed me for $150. They are all theives. Do not waist your money.

Don't even step foot in this place I brought my TV in for three months that and fix it and they have the worst customer service in the world and don't even speak English
this is the worst store ever,they made a mistake when they open my new line, when I called to get it resolve they said they would call me back,the manager Danny, he then started avoiding my phone calls everytime I called they would tell me he's not there. I dealt with this issue for 3 weeks they put me in a contract that I did not agree too. Finally I had to call sprint directly and they fixed my issue.Danny sucks as a manger the store workers have no idea what they are going so be careful if you go here to open a line.
Went in to Rapid Wireless to get my iPod screen and button fixed, after a week and 2 days later, I come out with an iPod that cannot connect to wifi. So now it it has to be sent to Apple (where I should have originally sent it) to be repaired. The unprofessional service on top of a crappy technician deserves less than one star.
