AVOID AT ALL COSTS!



I requested a quote from New Millenium for my wedding. They quote me $460 for transportation prior to and after the wedding. This seemed very reasonable so i asked for a contract. They told me to go to the website and I found no contract. I attempted to make reservations online and it didnt work. I asked how to make payment and they told me to call. When I called I got a strange message. I emailed and they said the phone was down, call later. When i called they said they would email a confirmation and call me back. They never called back. This was the friday a week before my wedding. Finally the Monday prior to my wedding I emailed them and told them I needed to make payment ASAP. They told me that it would actually be an extra $500, meaning a total of $960, not the $460 they quote dme all along. I sent them all the emails that we had exchanged when they quoted the job for me, the emails where I explained exactly what I needed and all the emails where they reaffirmed it would only be $460. When I complained they acted as though this was very routine that the actual cost was higher than the quote. They told me they could not honor my request because the driver would not sit and wait during the wedding for free. They told me to find someone else who was willing to work for free. I can;t understand how they can act as though the price THEY quote ME was absurd! I believe they misquoted the job and they refused to honor their own quote when we had a verbal.email contract. I would NEVER do business with these people. They have completely screwed up my wedding day transportation plans. Now I am stuck with nothing and 5 days to find another limo. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
