Ming garden Chinese restaurant on Archer and Taylor avenue in the Bronx
After ordering Chinese food from this restaurant on the evening of Saturday, March 10, 2012, I was totally and completely unaware that I had ordered from this restaurant, until the food was delivered two and a half hours late. There were two phone calls made during this waiting period. However the each time the calls were made I wouldn't advise that the food delivery is only minutes away. When the Food was finally delivered I should have then checked the followed for any problems. However when I did finally check it was too late the delivery man had left. My first discovery was that the food was cold and a plastic container that the food was stored in was apparently used . The food smelled like rotted food , since eggs were part of the Food mixture I assumed it may be from something it was prepared with. An immediate phone call was made [ 718- ] at which time I explained to the manager over the phone of the problem with the food, Instead of her trying to settle the problem by exchanging the order she refused any form of settlement that would justify a conservative method to settle this situation. She became extremely ignorant and continuously stated the problem is not their problem but the customers. After a short and lengthy discussion I tried my best to be as conservative as possible but to no avail. The woman in charge did not try and settle this situation in any form of conservative manner, at this point the argument on her side of the phone was useless to continue. Unfortunately I may be out of $18.00 for the full of that I had purchased or should I say the garbage that I had purchased but that's OK if they lost and not mind. If anyone knows of this restaurant or should I say this garbage been serving food please make their complaints noticeable and single complaint in to the restaurant's of America and also to the better business bureau. PS also send any complaint to the board of health of New York City there's no doubt they will be interested in knowing more about the complaints this restaurant has received over the years.
