Thank you Tiny Tots for the priceless relief you have granted this working mom who has entrusted to you her most valuable treasure for over two year…
Little Stars Three is the best preschool/learning center hands down! When I began my search, several places turned me down when they learned that my son had just turned 2 and was dead smack in the middle of potty training. One afternoon, on a referral from a neighboring reputable preschool, the Director met with us. My son instantly fell in love with the people and the atmosphere - we were sold! Forget All State, he's been in great hands since his end of summer 2016 enrollment. The Staff have a great rapport with each other and the parents, but most importantly the students. If there's any discord amongst themselves though, one would not know. I like that because as a parent, it comforts me to know that my child's education and productivity are first foremost. The Director and Teachers are attentive and communicative. I also appreciate that the student to teacher ratio is 6:1 - for instance, my son's class has about 12 children on a busy day, with 2 teachers. I appreciate this because it allows the teachers to be hands on with all children for an array of things, ranging from breakfast to nap, play, meal and snack time, to activities and bathroom breaks. It also brings me comfort knowing that my child is adequately fed through out the day. At home he has a bottomless tummy *smile*, but I let him eat. At school, they honor his appetite without speculation or judgment. After school, he sing songs a list of his healthy meals and snacks!Lastly, flexibility. Most days we arrive at school at 7am, picking him up between 5:30-6pm. These hours are a godsend, as my husband and I both have full time careers. All qualified staff pitch hit to make sure the school is well staffed at all times, and that the children aren't sitting around idle. There's always productivity when I walk in! And even some to take home, as homework is a must at least twice a week. I receive daily progress reports via parent teacher conversations and on paper. Can't get more efficient that this!
I love this school, I took my child out her old school and put her in little stars because it's such a great environment for my child. I love the teachers and staff. Best decision I've made
I have had a HORRIBLE experience putting my child in this school for Pre-K. First my daughter came home with scratches around ending of sept, I asked teacher they confirmed the kids were horse playing during reading time. Reading time is to stay still and read not play horsing around. Second they did not call me until I had to call to check on her. Everyday it was something. Finally they put a second teacher in the morning to help . 21 children and you have one teacher in the AM . She couldn't handle it. Then this afterschool teacher recently told me after 5:30 pm they will charge me $10 late fee. I was there at 5:45 , they want to charge me! that's $200 monthly on to the $300 a month for after school. Meanwhile when I applied for my child for this school two teachers told me its till 6pm. This afterschool teacher tells me to "call whoever I want " after I stated I will call the DOE to ask what is going to happen. "She stated she let me slide here and there when I came at 5:45p,. Meanwhile her daughter attends the same school she doesn't have to struggle at all. I hate rushing due to my Knee problems and they could care less about any of the parents schedule. I wasn't the only one complaining. Anyways I took her out, they don't watch the kids, they don't feed them " once a child says no: they give up, they do not teach them the correct things for pre-k and they do not call you when anything happens. Yes I know they are kids. and kids will be kids but cmon, I'm tired of going there and its always something. and now you want to take advantage with my money. Sorry but its not even worth it.
I leave my children here every weekday, knowing they will receive great care from the friendly staff members in a good environment. With only about a dozen kids, it's also not as overwhelming as larger day care centers can be. We are very happy with the service provided by Blessed Children Family Day Care.
Thank you Tiny Tots for the priceless relief you have granted this working mom who has entrusted to you her most valuable treasure for over two years now! I cannot imagine what I would have done had I not found you and your warm, intimate and nurturing facility. In today's world, many day cares are run as just a profitable business, counting heads and charging as much as possible to working parents desperate to find a safe place for their children amongst strangers. From the first day I walked into your establishment, I felt my son was at a home away from home. He has grown so much in the intimate, safe & encouraging environment you have provided. Thank you for giving my child more than a building to be placed at while I worked, thank you for providing him with a shelter full of love & happiness. Parents above all else want their child to be healthy, happy and safe. I am beyond confident when I say any parent that places their child in Tiny Tot's care will find that and more.
Teachers are knowledgeable, courteous, but most importantly patient with the children, and I've tried many places... it is also very clean, not to mention relatively inexpensive... I'm happy here !!!
Bad daycare they beat my 3 year old daughter but they tried to cover it up and said that she was running and fell but she had a bruised and swollen face and she had a bruised arm like they was dragging her by the arm and left a thumb print on her arm they called me at 5:30 pm and I asked when did it happen they said at 8:30am smh I took my daughter out the school and now I have a lawyer hats investigating the school his school needs to be shut down and the teachers arrested
My experience has been mostly pleasant dealing with the teachers & other staff. The director you can see really loves children & she's a real sweetheart.
