Was going great for awhile until i noticed within 3 months it was a change of staff 3 times.Only 1 spoke ENGLISH?! I informed the owner of my child/Toddler having a bruise on her hip which became bumpy she said my child must've banged into something playing. I said yea kids do play a little rough sometimes so i let it pass.I took that until i informed her a few weeks later my child/Toddler is constantly crying when i dropped her off when seeing a certain staff member. Claim She would OBSERVE (RARELY SEE HER THERE) I pick her up to find the owner (whos never there) claiming she was just trying to get my Child/Toddler..As i signed her out things just felt akward & quiet as if something happened & pretty much individuals prayed things wouldn't be noticed UNTIL i saw my daughter's ear filled with dried blood? I asked & the staff who doesnt even speak English.. But the owner asked and the reply was that my child was sleep & scratched her ear? My childs ear looked more like it was Skinned by being pulled that was it! I asked the owner for a incident report & that same night was sent a text on disenrolling my Child/Toddler? immediately pick her belongings up in the A.M.? I reported this Unprofessional Childcare provider & her Daycare because i dont know what was really going on with my daughter there while i worked plus the incident report The Owner wrote was all false??!? as if my child came/toddler came there with a old dried scab in her ear from home plus her staff member were teaching me how to cut her (LONG NAILS) Everything was contradicted because the scratch was freshly done plus pouring blood when i asked for tissue to clean Noticeable blood but no first aid kit was used so how was it a old scab that was said on a incident report. ACS saw my child & said my baby did not do that her scratch looks like it came from an ADULT. so i advise whoever if u dont want your child sitting & strapped half the day in a feeding high chair..(even at 6 yrs old) Don't trust here!
Best educational place. very professional teachers, so lovely with kids, drawing, reading books and much more activities, Definitely the best place for you children learn Recommend.
I interviewed for a position and observed a 3rd grader writing, "I will respect Ms. Tasha". Excessively on a paper for his punishment for not listening. Not only is that corporal punishment, but the director defended why she made him do it. The program charges $75 a week and I observed kids locked in the classroom for 3 hours doing nothing. Two kids were sleeping the whole time. Do not put your child in this program unless you just need a babysitter!
Bright Stars Daycare's lacks insight of how to partner with parents and run a well cared for facility in the best interest of our children. They've had several issues with passing city inspections which they fail to communicate clearly. You're left in the dark until you're affected by last minute school closings or rate increases. With the exception of Ms. Vlora, the faculty lacks enough education to teach our children specifically having one teacher who can't even speak English but who is left in charge of our children. The facility is in need of a good cleaning....my child comes home with filthy clothes...at one point a few kids left with hair lice. The backyard is need of repairs. The gate has wire poking into the yard where the children play and they have refused to fix it because the gate belongs to the neighbor not to this property however, several children have been injured by it. They lack diversity. The director is all about the money and could care less about the quality and care of our children. Do your research and do not go with what's convenient....this place is not worth it!
The people who works there are great! The owner has a passion for what she does, she is great with kids, I have known her for many years now. I super recommend!!! You and especially your child will love there.
This school is beyond amazing, From the lovely ladies infront such as Ms. Stephanie & Ms.Janae to my daughters teachers Ms. Virginia & Ms. Ronnie. I only have one child and it means the world to me knowing my child is in good hands. I love this school and there is not ONE thing i can say bad about this school. Every worker here is very respectful and loving! Very understanding aswel! I recommend this school for everyone and give this school a 5 star !
Beautiful center, state of the art. My daughter is learning so much. i love this school. she gets homework every other day. the facility is always clean. the staff is professional and courteous
My daughter only comes here part time, and coming from a bad experience from a previous daycare, Genesis family group is absolutely amazing!!! The staff is so nice and the kids look so happy. My daughter loves it it here, she is happy there, and I know she's safe!
Little Stars Three is the best preschool/learning center hands down! When I began my search, several places turned me down when they learned that my son had just turned 2 and was dead smack in the middle of potty training. One afternoon, on a referral from a neighboring reputable preschool, the Director met with us. My son instantly fell in love with the people and the atmosphere - we were sold! Forget All State, he's been in great hands since his end of summer 2016 enrollment. The Staff have a great rapport with each other and the parents, but most importantly the students. If there's any discord amongst themselves though, one would not know. I like that because as a parent, it comforts me to know that my child's education and productivity are first foremost. The Director and Teachers are attentive and communicative. I also appreciate that the student to teacher ratio is 6:1 - for instance, my son's class has about 12 children on a busy day, with 2 teachers. I appreciate this because it allows the teachers to be hands on with all children for an array of things, ranging from breakfast to nap, play, meal and snack time, to activities and bathroom breaks. It also brings me comfort knowing that my child is adequately fed through out the day. At home he has a bottomless tummy *smile*, but I let him eat. At school, they honor his appetite without speculation or judgment. After school, he sing songs a list of his healthy meals and snacks!Lastly, flexibility. Most days we arrive at school at 7am, picking him up between 5:30-6pm. These hours are a godsend, as my husband and I both have full time careers. All qualified staff pitch hit to make sure the school is well staffed at all times, and that the children aren't sitting around idle. There's always productivity when I walk in! And even some to take home, as homework is a must at least twice a week. I receive daily progress reports via parent teacher conversations and on paper. Can't get more efficient that this!
