This company should be investigated for fraud and scamming customers! for Changing prices and hidden charges! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never recommend this transportation service providers as a result of their lack of respect for the customer and changing their prices whenever the company feels like inconveniencing the customer, after agreeing on a set price. This company needs accountability, as they're not operating in Dominican Republic is servicing USA customers.
This is the worst bus service I have ever used. Truth is the service is poor I give them a 0 out of 5. I had a 5pm appointment and the driver said he would pick me up at 3:30pm, by 3:00pm he was outside so I had to rush out before I was ready. Next the driver went off route several times so I end up missing the connect and nobody had the courtesy to say anything then after I ask what's going on I was told the next bus comes at 7pm or 9pm. Waisted 4 hours of my damn day. I am very disappointed. Worst bus service I have ever used.
This company it's really bad.. my family been traveling with them for year's and they dont change a bit.. there's one driver that he is 1000% rude to people. Also don't bother calling the office to complain because the female dispatch is worst. . Too bad that a company like this have employees like them. Good luck with your trip because mine was really bad..
They never know anything. They lose track of the kids. They don't drop off or pick up at the right time. Either it's too late or too early. When I called to complain a woman by the name of miosoidy answered. She was the most rude and obnoxious person I have ever spoken to. Very unprofessional. Get rid of her asap.
The drivers have no compassion. I am not sure if it is due to Management and the strict schedule they must follow. The matron helps my child on the bus but the driver takes off before they are even seated. I am fortunate that the driver doesn't throw my child off the bus. There was once instance where the driver had to do a report on my child because another child was late and my child was crying. I asked to see the report but they had refused. I had to call the school to obtain further information even though he has been the driver for several weeks at that time. The driver/matron do not give out their number so I have to call dispatch to communicate while they have the nerve to call me to state that they are dropping him off a half hour earlier than the scheduled time.
Three phone numbers and none are connected. This is ridiculous and unacceptable for a bus company dealing with children's transportation.
Mal servicio al cliente. Por lo menos pregunten si han viajado con ustedes antes. Ya el que ha viajado antes sabe que esperar. Dicen que te recojen a las 6 y te llaman a las 2am. Expliquen que tienen que estar listos 3 horas antes. Para que así las personas no asuman que media hora es suficiente. Esos choferes son unos perros.
They SUCK! I was riding my bicycle home Friday evening (May 10th) along Westchester Ave (toward Triboro Bridge). I ride to the far right, taking the lane where the parked cars are. I heard an engine revving behind me and when I looked over my left shoulder I saw a bus driver making gestures for me to get out of his way. I continued to ride (since I have the right to be there) and he continued speeding up to me and slowing down. He did this for 2 blocks and the last time he sped up I did get nervous and moved out of his way. He was driving bus# 809 (a small bus). I hope his supervisors see this and reprimand him.
