I missed a very important trip today due to a dispatcher telling me someone would be here in 26 min. or less, even though they were having technical issues. I confirmed my trip at 2:15 and waited until 3pm pickup time to call them because no one had shown up yet. He assured me that someone was on the way. I could have used another service and made it to my appointment. Terrible customer service. I took them every day, sometimes twice a day! No more. I have changed my future trips to another service. I can't afford to miss appointments due to their incompetence! I need reliable transportation. Bye, Felicia!

Great drivers, the dispatchers are birds. Just got into it with a dispatcher because I called to clarify the prices and she was rude and nasty and told me not to call back there and how she won't send me a cab anymore since I don't have the money to pay for it. ���� To let the anger get the oldest of me, I really wanted to go to Laconia and punch her in the face but what good would that do, just won't use them anymore.
