Urgent Care in Broken Arrow, OK

Was misdiagnosed and still charged and had to pay for a misdiagnosis. I saw a Nurse Practitioner. I am in very good physical condition and an adult athlete. I told the Nurse what I believed I had done to my body and she ignored me over and over again. Misdiagnosed as a sprain. I explained to her that it wasn't a sprain and she dismissed me. I had to immediately go to another Urgent Care to receive immediate and necessary medical care.I was immediately diagnosed at a different clinic with the issue that I believed I had. A simple X-Ray was taken and the diagnosis made. The same diagnosis could have been made from MedNow Urgent Care if the Nurse had simply listened to me and taken an X-Ray.I elevated my complaints and the doctors in charge were also dismissive of my complaint.It is my belief that a diagnosis of "sprain" may be given to many patients and used as a blanket diagnosis to keep patients in and out quickly while maintaining a high profit margin. A sprain diagnosis is easy to defend even if the patient has something more than a sprain.I will not return to this Urgent Care nor will I ever bring my loved ones to this clinic. I strongly advise all others to avoid this Urgent Care Center.The facility itself was clean and the office staff was friendly, but the nurses and doctors are not knowledgeable nor do they seem genuinely concerned about patient care.After complaining to the owners of the facility, I got a distinct feeling that bottom dollars are more important than patient care.

Went there with a cut finger from a work related injury staff (especially Deion and Tiffany) were extremely courteous and friendly. Staff was knowledge able and got me in and out quickly.

had a great visit the ladies where very nice! place was clean and no bad smells didn't have to wait very long to get helped!

Do not go to this place. It took them 3 times to diagnose me correctly. Once they finally did get the diagnoses correct they didn't prescribe anything to treat my symptoms. I understand that what I had there is no treatment for however you can treat them swelling symptom, of which they did not prescribe anything to treat. Once I was able to get in to see my doctor he prescribed the nessecary meds to treat the swelling and I felt better the next day. Please do not go to this place....I spent $75 for them to do nothing, they care more about making money then they do about helping people.

By far one of the worst urgent cares in the area. Took my son for a possible broken finger waited in waiting room for an hour misplaced my license, then went back to the room waited literally for another hour before the doctor mosied on in! He was very rude with a bad attitude seemed like he was miserable! Wouldn't go back for anything! My sons in pain and he could of cared less

By far the best Urgent Care in the area. Friendly Service, Great Staff, New Clean Facility, Wonderful Doctors who are caring, intelligent, and highly competent. I would highly recommend Med Now to all friends and family.
