When I first called for an appointment, whoever answered the phone was rude. Regardless, I made an appointment. When I arrived, not knowing anyone there, I sat down in the provided seating area waiting for someone to ask me who I'm there to see. Not a single person greeted me, even though at least 4 people working there looked at me. After this, my daughter, who absolutely loves babies, saw a baby in a stroller and went up to smile at him. Immediately, the mother started at my child to get away from her baby. Then rudely told me to control my child. I told her there are plenty of ways to better ask someone that, to which she told me to shut up, and threw her hand up toward my face like a 12 year old. Not a single person in the salon came to my defense, and so I left. This place is highly unprofessional - no receptionist, and nobody making people feel welcome at all! Highly disappointed in this place!

Absolutely awful customer service. If you expect to be yelled at and flipped off by the hairdressers, this is the place for you. A friend of mine recently got her hair done here and the hairdresser, to put nicely, did not do the best job. The color was splotchy and the cut was uneven and choppy. She paid over $100 and the hairstylist actually charged her extra for using extra product during the process. For support, I went with her to the salon to see what we could do to get a partial refund (she had an appointment at another salon set up to go get it fixed). I expected some level of professionalism but BOY, we received the complete opposite. While the hairdresser who did her hair pulled us out and explained what had gone wrong with her hair, the manager of the salon came out and begin yelling at us, demanding what was wrong. Aren't managers supposed to deescalate bad situations? And if the hairdresser knew what had gone wrong with her hair, why didn't she initially try to communicate that with her client (my friend) and tried to come with another solution instead of doing a botched job? Eventually we got our refund, only a measly $40. When I thought the nightmare was over, ANOTHER hairdresser who had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the situation came out and yelled at us as we were leaving, "Don't ever come back again!" and some other unprofessional, rude comments. On top of that, she gave us the bird. Absolutely terrible experience and it's unfortunate because this fiasco could have been avoided if a little bit of professionalism was exhibited. Obviously, it does not exist here. Go at your at your own risk.
The owner does not know what "boothrent" means. If you like to use your products on your clients, and then sell said product to your client, she will politely accept your booth rent and then ask for your key. She thinks she's still running a commission salon. She also wanted to tell me how to face my clients toward the mirror. The space is extremely small and she also wanted to tell me how to use the space, such as, " don't hang your things on this hook, it's for your clients purse". She is a control freak, the hook would be available when I remove the cape to attach it to the client.
The buisness is clean and comfortable. I have been happy with every manicure and pedicure I have had.
Dark inside. Bad hair cut. Bad service. Avoid at all costs. Kind of like a clown cutting your hair. Avoid!!!!!
Worst manicure I have ever received and my shellac was sloppy. The nail tech did not take her time and tools were not sanitized. Will not be returning and would never recommend Sky Nails.
My girlfriend got her lashes done here and talked about how awesome everyone was and they did a great job too. She will definitely be a repeat customer!
This place is a joke and rips you off. I took my daughter and a friend to get their nails done. The girls wanted to pick paint color and we told them that 3 times and they act like they can't understand English. They showed them the nail wheel and said no you pick color here so they did. I told them acrylic and my daughter's friend only needed a fill. I explained it and went to get a few groceries I came back and they were finished. My daughter's nails looked awful one was crooked and the lady saw me looking at it and came and filed it then put top coat on 2 of her nails again. I went to pay and they charged me $70 for 2 young girls. I said her fill should have only been $15 and the set should have been $35 at the most. Again acting like they couldn't understand what I was saying. She said they got shellac polish so more expensive. I told her that was shady practice because they didn't let the girls pick paint they insisted they pick from the nail colors they had at their table. We specifically said paint. I told them I will never use their business again. 30 minutes after we paid and left the two nails that were "fixed" were so faded and not shiny at all. My daughter fixed them herself. Worst customer service and rude people. Do not use this place!!!!
These people are scammers I ask for the25.00 set of nails the lady said ok she was doing 3 people at once my neice was with me and knew there lauage and she was telling me what they said it wasnt nice then the lady doing my nails was teasing my service dog I ask her to stop she just keep teasing him after 3 hrs she finally finished and said charged me 35.00 I said I said I wanted the 25.00 set abd then she said ho we dont do that set anymore ok if they dont take it off the price list.I'll never go to them I was so pissed when my niece told me what they were saying I hope that one goes out of buniess.
Well..... we called up there a week before and asked if they could do a wedding party of 5 poeples nails they said yes. we get there.. I went first and I had to dig out of a bucket and go through drawers to find nail polishes and it took her 1 hour to do just my finger nails because she was hung over and kept leaving to go throw up (she informed me). She was the only one at the store trying to do all 5 of our fingers and feet. Which didn't end up happening. We called it off after the 4th persons fingers because it had been 5 hours and all of us were hungry, arngry and not impressed. We ended up going around the corner to a salon which took us 2 hours to get finished with 2 sets of nails and 5 toe nails which wasn't bad. when we got home some of the girls that got their nails done at this place ended up clipped or messed up. "ya not even a drop of class"
