The guys were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I would call them again.
Very prompt and courteous. Mike was very informative. Was able to recommend a cleanup company and was surprised in how quick they can respond
Robert Penticoff was excellent! Showed up within 30mins and performed the job quickly & efficiently. We are living in some crazy times amongst the Covid-19 pandemic, & he came through in the time of need. I highly recommend him & his work!
Disappointed, Had concerns about experience, honesty, and pricing. Must be me. I will not bother them again!!
I have used Mullin in the past for furnace check, plumbing etc, and have always been pleased. However I have had problems with a recent project of rewiring a room in which all outlets had failed. Technician was very courteous and seemed competent, but when it came to scheduling, especially after the job could not be completed on the first visit (nobody could come til late evening, to begin with), I got the feeling that one would have when offered a leftover meal - very low priority, was squeezed in wherever they felt like putting me. After the job was ended, I found a ceiling fan left partly unassembled and a lamp hanging from a wall. The worst part - apparently with new computer technology, I no longer get an itemized list of expenses - technician verbally stated $700 for parts that should cost $200-300.
these people are the worsted they were not even fixing my pluming but the Neighbors business didn't tell us we couldn't use the toilet left the pipes open and SHIT was coming up everywhere they didn't show back up the next day on a job that was supost to last 6-8 hours but the city inspectors showed up giving every one files for open sewage pipes and i didn't have a working toilet for a week at my business after they no showed no one else wanted to take a "mullins" job they people are the worst!
Originally called Mullin out for backed up washer drain and they were able to clear within allotted hour. Next day the dishwasher backed up and they came back out at no charge and attempted to clear this time not only from floor drain but roof drain too.
Although unable to clear this time because it seems a lot of roots were in the line they were quick to not involve any other unnecessary expenses and letting me know what would have to be done.
They have been great to work with and are keeping me informed every step of the way.
I find nothing wrong with the way they do business, I will use them again without reservation. They corrected my issue after Horizon half done the job and then wanted more money to come back. They were prompt and proffesinal in all aspects of their job. I am very hard to please sine I expect it done right the first time and they done just that.
As expected needed help and it is an emergency!! Mullin showed up in the middle of the night and got us fixed.
thanks Mullin keep up the great work.
I understand when people don't get what they want they complain. Sometimes justified, sometimes sour grapes. I can only speak for my interactions with this company. I have been treated most fair at a competitive price. The bill was not padded because I eyeballed my watch closely. Both technicians who came out on two different service calls were extreme polite treating both my property and myself with respect. This most recent call I dealt with Nick by phone who reassured me the two areas I was looking at ( sprinkler head stuck in upright position and possible broken leach line) would not cost as much as I expected. Andy was the young man who came out and I was very pleased. I learned absolutely everything about my septic system including the type of soil it was installed in. Most knowledgeable and affable he acted almost like it was his company. Bottom line I knew I wasn't just a work order but was being recruited as a lifelong customer. Ask for Andy and you'll see what I mean.
Not happy with their services this last time we used them. Felt scammed and nothing was fixed and 312.00 later had broken knobs and a leak. Quoted us over 4500.00 to replace our well pump even stated we need a much larger pump than we need for our area. Still in the process of trying to get some of our hard earned money this guy took from us and left us with a larger problem than we had. Prior to us calling them. We never had problems with the other guy that came out.

Provided by Citysearch -Completely impressed. We purchased a fixer-upper home with an FHA ""renovation and purchase"" loan,. Being new to Tulsa, we took the word of the FHA inspector that these guys are the best, and hired them. Mark came, and impressed me with his intelligence and knowledge. He had to do something on the roof, and while he was up there he straightened out our leaning vent fan (not why he was there, but he saw it and thought he'd tidy up). He used a camera to locate a leak, and nailed its exact location. Then Scott and his crew came to fix the leak. They were professional and honest, and a pleasure to do business with. Completely pleased with them, and with the results. The inspector came back and said the repair would last longer than he did. Thumbs up!
