Chris Carpet Cleaning

I had spoken to someone who assured me they would not be arriving before 8am. I get a call at 7 am which I missed since I was using the restroom. They tell me they will be 15 min out at 730. I start getting my 2 children fed, making coffee, packing lunches, and feeding our dogs. At about 745 husband moves his car and when he comes back he asks where they are so I check my phone and they text asking if we were home. I replied yes, he then proceeds to tell me that they knocked several times and rang the doorbell numerous times. I have 3 dogs and 2 children. If they were knocking and ringing the doorbell it would have been mass chaos in my home! After doing research my husband noticed they were suppose to wait 5 min. They came and left knowing we were home! They charge a $50 fee to come back out and we are in need of having our carpet cleaned so my husband calls them willing to pay the $50 and they claimed to issue a refund. I paid $79.99 plus $20 tip and they only refunded $64!
