The overall experience was excellent and I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Now let me get into the details. It started by a phone call to Jason and telling him I have a leak in one of my rooms and that I have no idea how this all works. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He worked with me to find the time that worked for me and then came by and inspected the roof, then he gave me a detailed step by step on how the whole process works including my interactions with my insurance company, and mortgage company. The process went exactly the way he described from beginning all the way till the end. Now, let me talk about the day the guys came out to replace my roof. The job was completed and they left and you wouldn’t even know there was work being done from how clean they left my place. I didn’t find one nail or anything left behind. They did a great job in completing the job and leaving the place clean. Now let me talk about the folks that came and did the interior repair. I wish I remember their name. They were hired by Jason and his company. They are great folks. They also did the job and left with my room super clean and you wouldn’t know that I had any repair done. My ceiling looks great and you can’t tell there was a repair. They worked with me on my busy schedule and were very flexible with days and times. I was so nervous and worried but I am not going to lie, Jason did a great job by being transparent and clear in his description of the process. I would recommend Home Again Roofing to anyone. They are great people. Also, they do free roof inspection so even if you are not sure that you need a roof, just call Jason and ask him to come take a look and allow yourself to be in safe hands with a great company like this one.
The management at this place is ridiculously incompetent and unprofessional, not to mention deceitful and untrustworthy. The manager is unreliable, fake, dishonest and will smile in your face while knowingly and blatantly violating both the law and the lease agreement in an attempt to fraudulently collect money that is not owed to the complex. Then there's the assistant manager, just the icing on the cake with his rude attitude and he's even more unprofessional than the manager, which is quite remarkable. The apartments themselves are nice, although the walls are paper thin, so its never very quiet or peaceful, but if you never need to deal with the management, you might like it here, but don't expect a return phone call, within the same day, much less the same week and sometimes just never at all, when there's an issue, not from the management anyway, maybe maintenance, and you better have a recording device for every conversation with them because you will get a different response to every question or inquiry that you come to them with, even when speaking to the same person everytime and most definitely if you're speaking to someone different than the last time. Why would you have to make the same inquiry or ask the same question more than once? Because, when you are able to get an answer, usually by showing up to the office in person because, again, don't expect a return phone call, its unclear and/or they "Think" so they're not sure and will have to get back with you, which never happens. So basically, ounce they've got you locked in, good luck! You're stuck! They do not care!

Worst manicure I have ever received and my shellac was sloppy. The nail tech did not take her time and tools were not sanitized. Will not be returning and would never recommend Sky Nails.
This place is a joke and rips you off. I took my daughter and a friend to get their nails done. The girls wanted to pick paint color and we told them that 3 times and they act like they can't understand English. They showed them the nail wheel and said no you pick color here so they did. I told them acrylic and my daughter's friend only needed a fill. I explained it and went to get a few groceries I came back and they were finished. My daughter's nails looked awful one was crooked and the lady saw me looking at it and came and filed it then put top coat on 2 of her nails again. I went to pay and they charged me $70 for 2 young girls. I said her fill should have only been $15 and the set should have been $35 at the most. Again acting like they couldn't understand what I was saying. She said they got shellac polish so more expensive. I told her that was shady practice because they didn't let the girls pick paint they insisted they pick from the nail colors they had at their table. We specifically said paint. I told them I will never use their business again. 30 minutes after we paid and left the two nails that were "fixed" were so faded and not shiny at all. My daughter fixed them herself. Worst customer service and rude people. Do not use this place!!!!
These people are scammers I ask for the25.00 set of nails the lady said ok she was doing 3 people at once my neice was with me and knew there lauage and she was telling me what they said it wasnt nice then the lady doing my nails was teasing my service dog I ask her to stop she just keep teasing him after 3 hrs she finally finished and said charged me 35.00 I said I said I wanted the 25.00 set abd then she said ho we dont do that set anymore ok if they dont take it off the price list.I'll never go to them I was so pissed when my niece told me what they were saying I hope that one goes out of buniess.
I tried this place because I'm searching for a new nail salon after moving. What a crappy job! Too much in a hurry, sloppy, and were too busy chattering to do a good job. I wouldn't suggest anyone waste their money at the place!!
This plac4 is ridiculous my daughter is a model I spent a lot of money to get her nails done and this place messed her nails up the nail polish was running off for up to 4hours after we got her nails done I went back in there after spending 200 there the day before on pedicures and nails for me and both my kids the guy yelled at me in front of everyone in the store said my daughter messed her nails up not his problem and he not fixing it I got mad and I finally said he would fix it but said I had to wait 2 hours and to never come back i have never been treated like that in my life he will loose alot of business for this cause i spend a lot of money on mine and my kids nails who are 10 and 12 and been getting there nails done ever 2 weeks the reason the nail polish was rubbing off is cause there cheep and add nail polish remover to there nail polish so they can stretch it cause I used to work at a salon the manager here is rude very rude made my 10 year old daughter cry
