Very poor customer service. Took my money and I'm the second car waiting. Took 13 minutes to get my order. I asked why it took so long and his reply was " It happens sometimes." He was dressed as the night manager and was not apologetic whatsoever. Food was cold. Not sure why that was but that manager needs training. Eat there at your own risk!

We went into to this mcdonalds to grab a bite to eat. Not one employee was or spoke English so it made it very difficult to order our food. I asked for xtra chocolate chips and caramel in my frappe my husband asked for xtra caramel in his caramel frappe and my sister asked for xtra chocolate sauce and chocolate chips in hers and we wanted them made thick so add xtra ice. When they were made all three were wrong and liquidity. So I went back up there the lady that took the order could not understand what I wanted so she got the manager and the manager said " we can't make them thicker." I said yes you can just add xtra ice. When they were made the second time they were still wrong she set them on the counter and said this is all you can get. I said excuse me but I am not taking those with stuff running down the side of the cups and the lids not even on them. I took my husband's and sisters to them and asked for her to wipe mine down but instead she was cleaning off the counter, I went back to get mine and they asked me for my drivers license. Because they did a refund/promo. They did no refund and I told them they did not need my ID and she said she had to put it in the register. Um no you don't need my ID for you messing my food up. Sorry not sorry. This is a horrible place. And y'all want $15 dollars an hour? That's ridiculous!!!!!! This is by far the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. It's sad to say that we have to learn Spanish in The United States of America to even go to McDonalds
Absolutely horriable place for any service. They messed up out order even though they could ring up the order with out a problem. And when we brought the messed up frappes back to the counter for them to fix them the way we ordered them the manager have my sister to understand they couldn't be mad that way. It was bad enough they all spoke Spanish and could barely understand English. And one lady had to translate in Spanish how we wanted them made. I also had to look up how to say small cup in Spanish so I could get it to get my sister's drink. When my sister asked for them to be fixed the manager did a promo refund on the register but did not give her the money and then demanded her license and when she asked for the managers name she gave is a false name and would not give us a number. They were rude and the service was horrible. If you can't understand English you don't deserve to be in the good service business. They don't even deserve one star...
2nd visit. Same results did not receive all of my order. I should have double checked, before I left bit since it, was an order for one & they weren't busy, I thought they would be able to handle it.
Last visit no one was behind counter lady seen me continued sweeping, said wait a minute. Finally came behind counter I just wanted a different a bagel instead of biscut usually not a problem she was frustrated asked for a manager. I tried explaining to manager what had happened lady asked me not to talk while she was. I was in disbelief of what I just heard stood there as a grown man like a little kid. Manager asked me a question... I then said ok am I allowed to talk now as if in trouble. The originally lady sighed walked off and said you handle him. I politely said I was just in shock that I wasn't allowed to talk. Really feel management needs to take a look at customer service. Cleanliness was horrible in drive thru you can see landscaping untended too
The store manager Sheila is always so friendly and the store is clean and neat. I love subway but some stores are not clean I will only get my sandwiches at this location !

I was not giving back my $18 or a receipt? Went back and manager says she had her count the drawer in 2min. And it was correct? For one the drawer was not being counted because they was still serving customers!! I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN..
The best Bueno - by far. Thanks to the new management? As of about May 2014 -June 2014 I've seen a dramatic difference in service & quality! It's wonderful. Thanks.
the service is of low quality but kind, food preparation was poor, hamburger just thrown in box and fries very cold and hard (not eatable) I would not recommended.
