I had a good experience at the Hyudai in Broken Arrow, Ok. Prior to coming to the dealership, I had several conversations with Colby Burns, who helped me with many questions regarding a new car purchase. He was very responsive and overly (in a good way) helpful. Upon arriving at the dealership, my brother and I were greeted by several employees who were very welcoming. We looked at a few different cars, running Colby back and forth to get keys and whatnot. He was very accomodating, staying positive and energetic the whole time. My brother and I finally found the perfect two cars. We had a strict budget for the purchases, and unfortunately, we could not come to an agreement on the price. Therefore, we left that day. We stayed in communication with Colby the next few days. We finally got to a good price that worked for us and for Hyudai. We came in to do the deal. After some deliberation, things were settled and the purchases were made. Although we had a little frustration with the sales manager's attitude, Jess, this did not make me feel less excitement about the cars, Colby and or Hyudai. It was a good experience overall, and I willl be recommending friends and family to Colby Burns and to Hyudai. The finance gentleman, Vince, was very nice to work with as well. He added a lot of comfort to the financial dealing
Wife and I were given a very good deal on two brand new 2013 vehicles purchased during the same visit. The salesman (and various managers) we dealt with were all very pleasant. The facility itself is very nice and clean with plenty of amenities if you do end up having to spend any amount of time there while you negotiate about your automobile purchase. My particular vehicle (color, options) was not immediately available, but I was not pressured into buying something else they had on hand. They went out of their way to search inventories in surrounding states, ended up finding my car at a dealership over 800 miles away, and then covered the cost to transport it. I don't like to read long reviews and I certainly don't like to write them either. There are plenty of other experiences I could relate. For my closing comments, I would suggest that you make this your last stop after visiting the other Tulsa area Hyundai dealers. They beat the other guys price by a fair margin and were so much nicer to work with
I found just the vehicle I was looking for online. I drove to the dealership and Bill greeted me outside as I pulled up to the front. He was a breath of fresh air. I had been to another dealership the week before and it was not a good experience. Bill showed me the vehicle I was interested in and it was all history from there. It was a great experience and I appreciate all of the people involved in the sale. I have never felt more welcome and valued as a customer! I recommended that my co-worker, Robyn Sloan visit Bill at Regional and she bought her car last night! They went above and beyond for her as well. I can't say enough about the great experience I had at Regional with Bill and the finance manager! I will refer anyone I can think of to them.
Overall the experience of purchasing the car was painless. However, I am disappointed that there was some type of air freshener sprayed in the interior of the car prior to my purchase. The scent is offensive and very strong, almost as if it were sprayed in too strong a concentration; I have voiced my concern in an email to the salesman (no response) and I have taken the vehicle to the service department and asked how to reduce or eliminate the smell, the service person told me it had to "wear off". I can't be in the car without rolling the windows down; not a happy occurrence in the winter.
We had narrowed our car search down to 3 vehicles. I had seen some Hyundai Santa Fe's for a good price on the Regional Hyundai website. Dane helped us to find the cars that we'd seen on the internet. We test drove the Santa Fe Limited and absolutely loved it! Dane was very nice, easy going, and a pleasure to work with, which we really appreciated. When it came down to it, we feel as though we got our new car for a reasonable price and couldn't be happier. Thanks Dane and Regional Hyundai!
Regional's sales and business staff were highly professional, knowledgeable, and motivated to providing excellent service. As a customer, I appreciated Dane Austin's courteous and respectful demeanor which makes it easy to conduct business. Dane went "above and beyond" taking the time to explain the Elantra's many features. He also took great care to make sure the paperwork pertaining to the sale was correct. Net result: We drove away in a new car bought at a fair and reasonable price.
The business manager, Mr. Vince Marcheselli, was amazingly easy to deal with. My internet sales associate was Mr. Colby Burns. He was very informative and helpful to me in making my decision to buy. I forgot the manager's name, but I remember that he approved a great deal for me. I got a car that wasn't the one I intended to purchase. It was much better, and I love it. I think they all did a great job, and I'm looking forward to seeing how awesome the service after the sale is.
I had a very good experience at Regional Hyundai. I searched the web for a good buy on a Elantra Coupe. I had emailed Colby and he answered questions and concerns. I met Colby at their lot and found just the right car. Colby gave needed information that I requested. At no time did I feel Colby was "pushy" during our meetings. I will refer Colby to my friend
I can not believe how friendly the staff was at Nelson Nissan in Broken Arrow. I was in and out in less than an hour with my New Nissan Versa. I could not believe that I recieved a free 100000 mile warranty at Nelson Nissan and their competitior was trying to sell me a cheesy extended warraty, but dont fall for it. Buy at Nelson Nissan & you will be satisfied.
I had a wonderful vehicle purchase experience. My salesman was awesome. JT assisted me from beginning to end with my purchase. He was patient, detailed and informative. Vincent, finance dept, was awesome as well. I appreciate everything they done to make experience the most quick and efficient experience I've had with vehicle purchasing. Thank you all you done!
