Cochran's Property Services

On August 6th, 2018 Cochran's Property Services was hired​ to replace two old porches. One in the front of the house and one in the back.

September​r 27, 2018 he started work on the front porch​. Two days later he did more. He said that he would be back​​ the​ following​ week to finish the front and start the back. He never showed. There have been continual​ excuses about why he hasn't.

On October 16, 2018,​ I asked for a refund. November​ 27th, 2018 I reminded him that I wanted a refund. December 27, 2018,​ I reminded him that I wanted a refund. At that point,​ he banned both the wife and me​ on Facebook. He will not return calls, emails and we are blocked on Facebook where most of his business​ seems to be funneled​.

We have been in contact with two other couples currently​ going through similar​​e issues and one couple that had the same problem in the past.

As of this point,​ 5 months later, less than half the work​ has been done. Half the product delivered, thousands of dolors flushed and no change in site. Not just for us but for other clients of his as well.
