Bassetti's Landscaping

Basetti',s is the worst landscaping company I've ever used. The worker who did my job last year was afraid to mow on an area that had a 30 degree slope. Even though he was using a low profile, wide riding mower. No chance of rolling over. Many other landscapers had no issue, using similar equipment. I asked the guy to do the same thing this year. He told me, no problem. But, never showed up! And since I had given away my lawnmower, as I couldn't do the job due to extensive arthritis in my knees. I was unable to do it myself. I called Bassetti, and left a detailed message and asked him to at least let me know if they would be coming out to do my yard. I never received a return call! I ended up having to cut down 2' seeds and 8" of grass with a weed trimmer borrowed from a neighbor . In summation, they are unresponsive, unprofessional and entirely unworthy of your business. I could not, in good conscience, recommend them!
