I was in the market for a pair of Ugg's, and I saw on the Ugg website that Merrill's is an authorized dealer. I'd never been there before, and it's too bad. The gentleman that helped me was amazingly nice and friendly. He had me try on the Ugg's and walk around because the most important thing to him, he said, was that I was happy with my purchase. The shoes there aren't cheap, but tell me where you can find Ugg's, Dansko, and Stride Rite cheap? They're competitive with other stores that carry the same brands. The Ugg's were actually $10 cheaper than at the Wrentham outlet Ugg Store. I honestly felt like he wanted me to be overjoyed with my purchase, which I am! I'll absolutely shop there again, and recommend it to my friends. Nothing is better than good old fashioned customer service.
