Forte Hardwood Flooring Inc

We ordered hardwood flooring (also does business under name G.W. Lumber, which Gerry required us to pay 100% up front. The first installment came in and was beautiful. Gerry called a month or so before we needed our second installment and asked if he could sell our stock to another buyer, if he replaced our order before we needed it. That was two years ago. Since then, we have been constantly following up with Gerry and his side-kick Mario, and when they didn't dodge our e-mails and calls, we were were told they had the material and were expediting the finishing process. Then nothing would happen. Finally, Gerry admitted he couldn't replace the material and offered us our money back. He promised to execute the approval by January 29th. It's now March 5th and Gerry won't return our money or return our e-mails or phone calls. We have been lied to many, many, many times and despite having it in writing, we are due our money back, Gerry Wilcox won't pay us. Taking people's money with not delivering the product - I think there's a name for that...
