Got there at 7 but it was "too late" for quality service because the lady rushed through it left me looking and feeling like crap, wasted 30$ on something I would have done 100 times better job doing myself. Then was told by the owner my hair looked the way it did because i didn't get there early enough & I needed treatment in it.
I have locks, so I only go to Lee. She's one of the best loctitions in the area, she has a huge clientele making it hard to book a time with her, but when you do you will not regret it. I live in NYC now and still only have her touch my hair because she is that talented. She really cares about the health of your hair and won't let you leave unhappy.
I love Lee. Shes the best. Shes quick with her hands her work is spectacular. The stylist are simi friendly the only thing is coming in you dont feel welcomed. The receptionist doesnt know how to answer the phone nor talk on the phone. A new client came in just for a shampoo and blow dry and she did not assit her one of the stylist had to see what she needed to be done. 2 stylist that wasnt doing anything just sat there and acted as though they didnt know what was going on or if they didnt work here or something. They need to be more friendly and if you are a stylist and your not doing anything assist.
DO NOT get your hair colored here! Braids and cuts, YES! I made an appointment to color my hair gray, and 1) I had to wait 45min to finally get seated in a chair.... 2) The bleach was burning my scalp really bad SO I ASKED to finish the process another time. The hair dresser, Leandra, didn't listen to me. 3) She applied more bleach and three different colors, and my hair turned: green, gray, blonde, brown. ALL PATCHY & HORRIBLE. 4) She doesn't charge me for the session but says I will be charged to fix it.... What? You ruined my hair, didn't do a test strand, and I have to pay to fix it. 5) I spent 8hrs at the salon!!! I left looking like death! I have had NO COMPLIMENTS. Everyone agrees that I look like I've added 25yrs to my life. I'm turning 21yrs old in a week, and I look like I'm 46.... I'm surprised I haven't cried yet. My entire scalp is itchy and peeling from the chemical burns, some of my baby hairs have fallen off, my hair is falling out.... This is horrible. I'm wearing scarfs and hats to cover my hair that was once healthy and virgin.
Flawless is where it is at�������� I love this salon. Not only is the salon beautiful and clean the employees and owner are friendly and welcoming. Maria is an amazing stylist (and the owner) she always makes me look and feel great. Bottom line: no regrets at flawless and if you are on the fence just go! You won't regret it either :)
I've been coming to flawless for the past 2 years. I wouldn't trade them for the world. First off I love the urban atmosphere it's like therapy while getting your hair done! The staff is the best no one is perfect but they try. Ive been to many salons in Brockton and never stuck around but flawless has me as a customer until I move or death! Next time your in Brockton and need to get hooked up STOP by flawless. For cuts look for lee & if you want the best braids I refer Stephanie or the owner Maria! Love you guys !!
