Just had a cab driver lay on the horn because i stopped to let someone go..i called to speak to a supervisor and the dispatcher was worse than the cab driver..absolutely disgusting !!

The absolute worst customer service I've experienced in all of my life. The cars are disgustingly dirty, the drivers are rude, and the majority of them are racist. The dispatchers are even worse. Today I called them at 530am, for a cab at 600am. The cab arrived at 610. The cab driver gave me so much attitude, she told me the cab is HER office, and if I didn't like it to get the "f@*@ out & walk". She then proceeded to yell at me, calling me all kinds of n*@@a b*tc@*$ & told me to buy a car. I was close to tears. All I wanted was to catch my train to work, not all the racist drama. I called the dispatcher to complain, and her attitude wasn't any better. They cover for one another, they LIE for another, and they stand united in racism together. After calling Cowens for over 10 years George Cowen will NEVER receive another dime of my hard earned money. Clearly his employees act the way they do, because they know there aren't any repercussions. Shameful!!!
The customer service is zero. I have never encountered such customer service personnel who will tell u " How can I treat u with respect, when I don't understand u (meaning my accent)" and bam ! Slams the phone onyou. I think there is no competition here and he thinks he is doing u a favor.
Was parked at a store when a Cowen cab driver pulled in extremely close to my car- the impaired woman passenger in the rear seat got out and smashed the cab door into my car. Cab driver was in my space and when the passenger returned to the cab she went around to the other side to get back in.Cowen management blamed the entire dent on the impaired woman and gave me her address. The cab driver did not tell her manager what actually happened. BTW- my passenger in the front seat, could not even open his door to look at the damage. Management was useless. Cab driver was at least 1/2 the problem-she knew the passenger was drinking impaired.
Bad customer service, i use to call them all the time until one day me and another person got into one of their cabs, driven by some old white guy with thick glasses who was always in a bad mood and extremely rude. He dropped one of the person off at her destination and i told the driver to drop me off a mile away from where he dropped off the person with me, he told me he cant that i had to "get out of the cab" because he had to pick someone up at that same location, since they are late all the time to pick people up i was like y wouldnt he just drop me off 1mile away and come back and attend to the other customer. I called his dispatcher and he was even worst, he hung up the phone on my face, what kind of customer service was that??? I've never seen a cab company throw out a regular customer because he has to pick up another customer, that is just bad customer service, i dont think its the company's fault its them rude drivers who dont like their jobs who are making them look bad... From now on i will be calling a different cab, i was a regular customer calling 3-4 times a week which means $$$ but oh well...
NEVER USE THEM !!Waiting for cab around 30 min in freakin outside. but a cab didn't show up. I called an operater, the guy said he called but I didn't pick up the call. BUT i didn't get anything cuz I was waiting the cab in freezing outside. THEN, I ordered another cab. Waiting outside for 20 min, but the cab didn't show up, so I called. The operater said the guy kept calling you, but you didn't pick the phone. Again, I was waiting outside for 20 min with my phone. I said my phone number 4 or 5 times slowly but surely. But the operater freaked and kicked me off. I don't think it is a good service even though it was the 3 in the morning. THIS IS CRAZY, why they freaked. no, I WANT. Never use 'em. This is the worst service ever. The man in the office who answers the phone is the most rude person i have ever spoken too. He feels as though he is doing you a favor. I told him to cancel service.They need to improve their customer service.
Excellent Service! Way better than the smelly, brainless Cowens Drivers. Yellow Drivers know where they are going and are always way more handsome and know all the shortcuts to keep the fare as low as possible. Yellow has three times as many Taxis in Brockton than Cowens and that means wait times are always less, but even if i have to wait a little longer I would still go with yellow over Cowens because Cowens Drivers are trained to always go the long way to rip you off!
