Weberling & Associates OD

Don't anyone go to Dr weberling office on Euclid. We have been going there for 3 yrs. Well my daughter picked out a pair of glasses she liked last yr. Well after exam,she picked up the glasses and the lady said oh she did good bc the pair she got is on sale.then tells me she had called my insurance and bc I didn't use all of the allowance and bc the frames were in sale I pay nothing for frames.well the lenses were covered bc it been 2 yrs.she then asked me if I wanted insurance 1 yr was 55 and 2 yrs was 75.you do the math..I said 2 yrs so my fiance paid 75 in cash well today they call me and tell me I owe 90$ for frames and that she was giving me a 40% discount .i said no frames were on 35 $ on sale and my insurance covered them.she said I don't know who told you that and try to tell me 35 was copay and I said ok then why wasn't 35$ added to my bill? And why are you first off the bat giving me a discount bc u all know u screwed up.my fiance calls and gets manager and they can't figure out who I talked to or what hsppened.my fiance Google glasses retail and they are 69$ and you know eye glass store gets discount for buying so many .originally 140$ and still charge me 90$ you do math that's over double and they are charging customers these prices.and it made me even madder when they screwed up and hurt a little girl.craig finally got them to sell them to me for retail for their mess up. I shouldn't have to pay anything,but my daughter really liked them
