After walking out of two other restuarants in the same night,
we ended up at Quitos on Bristol Harbor.
I got the seafood casino on luingini,my friend got the fish and chips...
...both portions so big we couldnt finish them.
The calamari appitizer was cooked perfect accompanied with peppers
and great maraneira sauce.
So heres the best part. One appetizer, two entrees and
a few drinks for under 50.oo Wow!!!
Great service, unbeivable location, and food to die for.
Is this Heaven...
...No, its Quitos in Bristol RI

Quito's is serving food that is way too high priced for where you sit, to what you look at. You would be better off spending the same money and eating somewhere in Newport. Actually, you probably wouldn't spend as much and the food would be just as good. The uniforms, shorts and sneakers would the price your paying. Maybe, if you are having company and you don't feel like dealing with Newport and you have very special guests this could be an option. Otherwise, the prices are insulting.

This was one of the worst places I've been to. The tables and chairs were so close together that i was closer to the table behind me than I was to my husband. With such high prices, you would expect food to taste good. The batter on everything they fried was doughy, undercooked, and tasteless. Food came out cold. Steak was raw when ordered medium. 2nd attempt it came back burnt. Will not be going back ever and will tell friends and family to avoid this place as well!

I picked this place from the CitySearch site to take my seafood-loving Long Islander family, specifically 'cuz Auntie & Mom wanted whole Rhode Island Lobsters. We ordered Clam Fritters, Fried Calamari and Stuffed Quahogs for appetizers. I have eaten a lot of fried seafood - and this place is the BEST. None of the fried stuff was greasy! And somehow, the Calamari wasn't ""rubbery""! I always thought just was that way, but the Chef at Quito's must be a Deep-Fry Magician! For entrees, besides the two Lobster-ians, our party ordered the Pesto Salmon on Puff Pastry, Pan Seared Scallop and Fish, Shrimp Scampi, and (the one non fishy) got fried Chicken fingers and a beautiful side salad, that had plenty of trimmings. Everything was cooked perfectly. The Lobster Ladies said that they were the BEST they've ever had, and they're not shy to speak up when things aren't right with their meals.
Plenty of Garlic Broccoli and soft-spun Potatoes as sides with entrees. Quito's = great seafood.
