My experience with Marc was great. I never used a public adjuster before and felt it was in my (my families) best interest to have someone who is knowledgeable about insurance on my side v. using my insurances' adjustor. Marc was understanding of our situation and always took a professional approach of dealing with the client side but understanding the other side and when and how to "push-back." I called Marc Nicolo from Allegiance for an issue concerning a plumbing leak. The damage to my home was much more extensive than I originally thought and I'm sure that my insurance company would have just gone along with my original thought, that it was minimal. Marc was there every step of the way, coming out to my home several times to make sure we were fully covered. I highly recommend Allegiance, they were very professional and we were able to repair the damage fully.
