I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento. Price was about right. There was some tough negotiation but that was expected. Butch was nice to let me do a couple test drives so I can feel the car overall performance. Rob from finance was great to go thru all the paperwork and options with me. Bobby was great, after everything was done he sat in the forte with us and showed us what all the knobs and buttons did. I’ve never had a sales man do that

Hayden was helpful and the vehicle we bought was great but be prepared to be persuaded by sales and management staff to purchase car "protection" ($700) and extra warranty scams ($2500) in addition to paying highest book value price for the vehicle and receiving lower than your car's value in trade.

This is the second Kia I have purchased at Crowley Kia. Hayden Joeckle was my sales associate. He was very polite and courteous. I really wanted the copper color for my new 2019 Kia Sportage SX Turbo, but they didn't have any available on their lot. Hayden assured me he would find the copper-colored car me, and he did! I went to Crowley Kia because I wanted to buy a used suv that was listed on their website. Once I arrived I was told that it was sold the night before. I was alittle upset but Hayden was great!!
